So, just my opinion, but in the last few subway experiences, I have had the food not good but not awful. The staff seemed like they had some internal issues with each other couple of comments made against another that's probably not something you want the customer to hear, but they were nice to me. Overall, I will be limiting my purchasing from Subway for the price it's not on par with the food for me, unfortunately

Ordered and paid online for 2 footling subs. Went to the drive thru and gave them my name. Handed me the bag and closed the window and I had to distract them and tell them it was the wrong order that we had ordered footlongs and received 6 inches. He said the order was correct but they didn’t have enough items to complete a footling. I’m a man of my word I will NEVER Go BACK!

This place absolutely RUINS Proctorville. Going here was a HUGE mistake. I walked in there and I could here loud and unprofessional music blasting in the back. The workers weren’t even upfront to get my order???? I could hear them being loud and singing. This place absolutely reeks of smoke. I always see the workers outside smoking and on their phones. Finally when someome came to get my order, she was unbelievably rude and inconsiderate. She kept rushing me to finished my order. I watched her completely ruin my sandwich. They didn’t even have most of the stuff i wanted on it. The cucumbers i got were slimey and CLEAR. Cucumbers should NOT be clear. While she was making my order, I saw her lift one of the containers in the bar and i saw MOLD. I noticed flies everywhere i looked in the store. Disgusting. My cheese tasted old and was off colored. I asked a regular amount of cheese, but I was still charged for extra?? I was made to pay with card because they “didnt have enough change in the register”. As i was getting my drink, i saw black mold looking specs floating in my cup, it almost made me vomit. There was this old woman there who I think was the manager, absolutely disgusting. The stench of smoke radiating from her almost made me gag, not to mention that she was completely unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend ANYONE eat here unless you don’t care about your health!!!!

Thus particular store is a total mess! I put in order through the app for two sandwiches, a bag of chips, and a cookie for pickup; first they waited until someone arrived to tell them they were out of one of the breads ordered for a sandwich, instead of trying to call me. they claimed to be having issues getting through which was clearly a lie. when we finally got the order they forgot the chips and the cookies! when that was pointed out they looked at the screen to confirm so they clearly hadn't actually checked the full order at pretty much any point. when we got home with the order it was clear that cheese at least was missing from both sandwiches (which was in the order for both, in fact one came with cheese before customization and it was still left off!). Also, the chips were the wrong kind! When I called to inform them of the mistake I tried to be polite in the beginning just letting them know for future reference that the order was mostly incorrect but the person in the phone was immediately rude and clearly didn't care about upset customers so I admit I became rude back but nearly as rude as I could have been! This store clearly needs to train ALL employees better and make sure they are minimally literate to read an order on a screen!

This place is disgusting. Sandwiches was a nasty mess and not made like I asked. Coke should not taste like Dr. Pepper either. Only thing I ate was the bagged chips. Never eating there again. Yuck!!

This place has really gone to garbage, management needs to go in and fire every employee. I walked in and stood at the counter well over 5 minutes before they decided to lay down their cigarettes and make my sandwich. They never cleaned their hands after choking down the cigarette and one worker publicly announced that she didn't know why we came to subway. Absolutely ridiculous, I love subway but I'll never eat at this one again!
