They have a older male worker who steals property from the female workers he is constantly touching them and making them uncomfortable the guy is simply a creep Wendy’s has done nothing to fix this issue instead they let him continue to do it without any consequences

There were a lot of cars in line so we went in waited 20 minutes for service then they didn’t even have a salad another 15 minutes and 30 cars thru the drive thru and still couldn’t even get a chicken sandwich. Worst place in town to eat. Go to McDonald’s instead at least they serve you
Most people go to fast food chains because of the consistency of the product. Leave it to Wendy's of Proctorville to be consistently bad for months now. I have tried burgers, chicken, salads, it is beyond a doubt the worst Wendy's ever. Burgers are dried out and tough. At one time Wendy's slogan was "hot and juicy" now it should be "cold and chewy". The chicken sandwiches used to be premium, now they are just dried out jerky. Fries are never fresh. Salads look like a trash dump from spoiled produce from Kroger. Dave Thomas would never let this happen! Thank goodness he's dead, he'd probably die choking on a dried out burger!

I don’t even want to give this store a 1 rating. Two times I have came through the drive thru and been told oh we can’t take that here. The other girl is on break at the other window. First time I let it go didn’t say anything and just paid. Lost my offer of course afterwards. This second time I’m furious. Why have the app downloaded if it can’t be used. Lost another offer because they couldn’t do it again. Fix it!!! Have someone at the window to take the offer.or make it up some way. Wendy’s is going downhill in Proctorville.

I like Wendy's food when it is cooked properly but this Wendy's lets there oil go too long between changes and they aren't checking the quality/accuracy of what they are sending out the drive through. We got mushy chicken nuggets and fries so dark and hard we had to throw the all of it away.
