“The most authentic Greek food around here! Absolutely delicious. Just the amount of food you get with your order is great… they definitely do not skimp on anything. The veggies are cooked perfectly and I LOVE their spanakopita and falafel. They also offer other Middle Eastern foods as well. Everyone who I’ve interacted with there is friendly and fast. There aren’t a lot of tables inside, but we’ve always gotten carryout. The ice machine has the good crunchy ice (IYKYK). Prices are very fair for the huge portions.”

“Stopped for lunch to try the famous grilled bologna sandwich. Greeted by the very friendly Carrie, who took my order and suggested the fried onion rings on the side. The food came out quickly and was very good. A half inch slice of German bologna, served on a bun with plenty of raw onions and sweet pickles, topped with cheese. The onion rings were very crispy and fresh. The dining area was still busy at 130, with many people enjoying food and drinks. When I finished, I asked Carrie for chocolate pie to go, as I was not able to finish it there. The service, food and atmosphere were fantastic. High fives to the cook and the server, who made it a memorable experience! My only suggestion might be to add Green River Soda to the drink menu, because it would go great with the bologna sandwich! And the price was extremely reasonable! Thank you!”

“When you walk into a diner and it looks like a large living room with tables, you know you've found a good place.Carlyle's is such a place. There was a small wait as it was a Friday, and it was obvious that it was a popular local place. But I was sat quickly, and had already known what I wanted beforehand so ordered the Reuben. It came out quickly, and came with a side of fries.The fries were just about perfect; crispy but not hard, and seasoned but not overly salty. The Reuben was amazing. Everything about it was great, and the dressing was on the side so I could add as much as I wanted.I also got the Kentucky Derby pie, which the waitress described as "Chocolate pecan with chocolate chips" and I was instantly sold. Quite honestly probably one of the best pies I have ever had. I will definitely be returning.”

“Always excited to go get my vanilla chocolate dipped cone when we visit Marion, Ohio. The customer service has always been great. Very friendly and helpful when trying to figure out what you want to eat with so many options. Whenever we go there is always a line. Which means the foods good and it's never been a long wait. My husband loves the shredded chicken sandwich. I tried the hot dog with chili and to me it tasted like sloppy joes on top. No problem just not what I was expecting. Besides I was already full from eating my chocolate dipped vanilla cone anyways. The atmosphere makes me feel like we almost step back in time to when our grandparents were young. If you're from outta town and want something different check them out. You won't be disappointed.”

From the customer service too the food I truly can't say enough about this place Also I'll mention we are from Columbus it was just over an hr drive. It was beyond worth the drive.
