Waited 40 minutes for just wings and they were cold as cold could be and trash all over the floor and probably only 20 people in there I wouldn’t even give it a star if this survey would alow me

Headed out to BW3's in Reynoldsburg today. Was seated promptly. My waitress was Ashley. I ordered the Buy One Get One Free wings. I got Honey BBQ and Garlic Parmesan. You get six of each. Also ordered a small Onion Rings and or course celery/carrots with Ranch dressing. The Onion Rings were right out of the fryer and were super tasty with the Aioli dipping sauce. The celery/carrots were fresh and were delicious with the ranch dipping sauce. On to the main course the wings. The Garlic Parmesan wings were coated well with sauce. OMG!! Delicious. The Honey BBQ were super tasty. Ashley kept with drinks and even had one to go for me. On to a little add on, this location had a renovation several years ago. It has a large outdoor patio that is enclosed for winter. TV's were everywhere at each booth and a bunch of large TVs on the walls. The big thing for me was that they have a great sound system and play great music on it. Everyone needs to check this one out. It's phenomenal.

Tried unsuccessfully to place an order online and then through the app, but neither worked. Every time we tried checking out an error was encountered so we ended up calling. The girl who took our order was less then friendly, seemed we were an inconvenience. Then we're are told that they have not lettuce for salads, so strike two! When we got home with our we realized that it was incomplete and incorrect, so strike 3!! Save yourself the aggravation and go anyplace but here. We'll never be back!

I ordered a brisket hamburger with no onions. It came with onions. I asked to have it removed from my bill. They didn't even refund me all of my money because I ate 3 fries. I will never take my family here again!

I ordered the bourbon wimgs and I liked them so, I purchased a bottle to take home to share this summer. Service was great as well.Parking: Need more handicap or Veteran parking.
