Service was actually quite good , but the food took a long time to come out. And we were the only customer. Food was great. So close to a 4 or 5

This place is a joke. The service people are totally ghetto including the manager. Ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches, crowns and juice. 2 cars ahead of me. The guy working the drive thru was in the parking lot smoking weed. We had to wait until he walked back in and to the window. After placing the order, he sounded annoyed and confused and said DAMN! Loudly. Took 45 minutes to get to the window. I asked for the manager who came to the window with an attitude. I told him of our wait. He said Well I'm trying to train new people. I told him I use ti work fast food windows. No one ever waited that long and all of the food was in the bags because it was checked. He only got nastier and angry. No I'm sorry, we apologize nothing.This isn't new at this Burger king. The staff is on a revolving door same with management. Every time we go there it's someone different. There differently needs to do a retraining of management and staff there.Almost everytime we go there something is forgotten or we get food we didn't order and not what we did order.I grew up eating Burger king. I'm 62. Myself and my family enjoy Burger King when we get what we ordered. Otherwise, Burger King would never see us again.

We don't usually eat at Burger King but we was out running around and decided to just grab a quick bite. I was extremely surprised our sandwiches were great hot and tasted good but my favorite part was the French fries they were hot fresh and Krispy. It was some of the best fast food we have had in years.

The kid in the drive-through shorted me $1.18. He said my total was $10.07 I gave him $20. He gave me back $8.75. When I saw that he had given me only $8.75. I asked if I could get a receipt and he said oh let me go get your drink, I forgot. Comes back about two minutes later (probably hoping I forgot about my receipt request) and just hands me my drink and says have a nice day. I tried to see if there was a manager I could call on the phone but it just kept ringing. I’m not the kind of person to call out thievery to somebody’s face unless I have physical proof, which he did not give me, and I wasn’t about to start demanding a receipt in the drive-through because it’s only a dollar and some change but still. They’ve got thieves there so be careful and count your change!
