All around horrible. Paid 73$ on an order that was missing several things, none of it was double or even regular portioned like I ordered. Why pay 6$ extra for extra meat when they don’t even give u the normal portion. I need a refund immmmmediatly.

Dirty environment...the chips were stale...like so stale...fast service but food quality needs improvement

This was a great group of individuals working together as a team. They are fast efficient and they kept the place clean and feeling very inviting on this very sunny but chilly day. I’m glad I stopped in here had a seat read my magazine and ate some delicious food. It was suggested to try the spicy not so spicy sweet chicken, andI’m glad I did keep up the good work team!

Don’t come here around 11:30 - 12 lunch rush wanting good food. You can tell the rice is from the previous night because the cilantro is brown. They NEVER make vinegarette salad dressing. Always “out of it”. The rice is often undercooked and hard. It’s just bad and the people and managers could care less. Chipotle is supposed to pride themselves on high standards. Not this one. Awful

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience my family and I had at your restaurant today.Upon arriving, we were informed that there was no chicken available, which was initially disappointing but understandable. Consequently, my children opted for steak instead. However, the steak we received was unexpectedly hot and spicy, making it unsuitable for my kids, who were unable to enjoy their meal.To add to our dissatisfaction, I observed one of your employees diligently cleaning the restaurant while simultaneously serving food. It was concerning to witness food being prepared in an environment where cleaning chemicals were being used, especially considering that the store was still open for another two and a half hours.As a regular patron of this location, I have always appreciated the quality of service and food. Also, there were no forks in the store. However, today’s experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. After spending $125.00, I expected a much more satisfactory dining experience for my family.I am reaching out to you in the hope that you can address these issues promptly and ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated, and I look forward to hearing from you soon to discuss how these concerns can be resolved.Thank you for your time and attention.

This review is for the Tussing location only.The afternoon staff is very rude!! And I mean RUDE!!! No one smiles, not friendly at all, and there was a lot of ingredients not ready. I ordered the wrong item by mistake, and the girl threw it away and looked at me like she wanted to punch me. I will be reporting this to corporate! I give this particular location a big Zero.

I wish I could give them a BIG ZERO, Nina rushed me through the line then messed up my bowl and blamed me. Threw the bowl away, that I was going to buy despite the mistake. Smacked her teeth, rolling her eyes, and talked loud at me. Felt like she rushing which came off Dismissive. Poor customer service.

Used their app to order and was lucky I checked for all my items otherwise I would have been shorted a bag of chips. I asked for cheese and got maybe 20 small pieces sprinkled on my burrito bowl. Asked for extra rice and got half the normal scoop. Not certain what's going on at this location but they build the burrito bowl like its coming out of their pay check.
