I swear their rice cooker only works part time.I just left there ordering a salad bowl with white rice and the rice is like plastic. Very disappointing but at least they had vinegarette this time ? but I still don’t understand why I have to pay for an extra vinegarette, if they are only 1/4 filled. If you filled the container half or more then I would not need to pay for another

This I would say for a while was one of the best chipotles within the area. I don’t like the one on Tussing so between this location and Pickerington I bounce between the two. However tonight the service was HORRIBLE! The young lady was rude, I had several orders I couldn’t finish one order before being rushed to get to the next. When I asked the young lady that I was still adding on, she seemed frustrated. I truly think that customer service is something that needs to truly be taught. I will say the young lady that cashed me out was more pleasant. But it takes a team and proper management to make things run smoothly for not only the customer but employees. This is my last time at this location.

The moment we walked in, I could tell the employees were not in a good mood. I'm sure they had a rough day, but the lack of customer service is horrible. The food was okay, it just seemed like no one cared. I hope they get it together soon. Used to be a good spot.

Worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. The food was awful, service was even worse. I asked for a quesadilla and was told they don’t have the machine to make it… might want to take it off the menu. Then I asked for a vinaigrette and was told they were out…. I saw them in the cooler behind the cashier. Not impressed what so ever. Chipotle is really going downhill….

Placed an online order about 40 mins before arrival, upon arrival it still wasn't done and was told to wait an additional 15 mins because of staffing, after 30 mins went by and other customers getting taken care of asked for a refund where the manager treated me rudely, didn't offer any apology and told me to call a number.

I’m very disappointed I never had a problem here today my rice was very hard and my corn was frozen I spent 23.49 on 2 bowls and my rice was very hard and corn is frozen

It's a Chipotle. Food is reasonably consistent. It's not the cleanest one around and they're frequently out ofb the Tabasco sauces.

Man this place has really gone down. I think people are truly beginning to boycott chipotle and not eat here.They now close at 11 right? Tell me why I went there at 8 and they had no brisket, fajitas, barbacoa, vinaigrette, chips, guacamole?? And they refused to make more.The rice was hard and cold and the staff was very rude.If yall don’t close for another 3 hours, how yall running out of food? I don’t get it.Won’t be eating here anymore. Finally on the boycotting train!!

I love Chipotle and this review is specifically for my last visit. The food made me very "bathroom sick". I have a compromised system so the slightest thing not right, my body will let me know where someone else's body nay not register anything. Obviously, the food had some type of contamination. Will take a break from this location for a while. Don't recall any other issues at this location in the past. Hopefully, this was a one off incident.
