Called to place an order for delivery. Was told I'd have it by 11:40pm. I called at midnight and the woman that answered didn't even ask for the name, just said it was on its way and hung up. I waited until 12:35am to call back and was told they don't know why it wasn't delivered. This donatos is junk. Save your money and time, get your food from somewhere that actually delivers...literally and figuratively

So this evening I was having some friends over and we decided to order some pizza at this location and an hour later after the pizza did not arrive I decided to called the store back only to find out that my order was never taken and the manager ( Angela ) just gave the worse attitude ever and told to call later on the next day because they were about to close. It’s a shame Donatos used to be a really good spot for pizza.

The cauliflower crush was delicious. I'm vegan and it was yo find items I liked and can eat.Service was excellent.Vegetarian options: Vegetables I like. Banana peppers, green olives, tomatoes, Spinach, white onion, and cauliflower crust was yummy.

For the past few times I've ordered from the E Broad St store it arrives less than lukewarm. I am tired of this. I'd give this a zero star if it would let me.
I just tried to order a pizza to be delivered to my home. Have been getting pizza delivered from the Reynoldsburg store on Main since it first opened. Tried to order for delivery tonight. The person on the other end of the phone seemed confused. I repeated my address 3 times, even spelling out the name if my street. The person at the store kept telling me my street was out of their delivery area. I am only 1.5 miles away. I was was told that I would have to contact a Donato's in my area. The Main Strrwt Donato's IS IN MY AREA. They would not take my order.

I am gluten intolerant, and last night I ordered myself a pizza made with cauliflower crust. I trusted that they would follow that. They did not. They gave me regular crust which I didn’t realize until a little while later when I began getting sick for hours. My night was ruined, I was VERY sick, and am run down today all because they didn’t follow the order correctly. Extremely upset that they didn’t follow a simple instruction which caused me to become very ill. We ordered a Beef Mariachi, a cheese pizza and a Big Don Italian sub for takeout. When I went in the store was vary clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. The food was delicious and the Mariachi pizza was awesome! Definitely a different vibe for pizza and we'll Definitely be ordering it again in the future ?

$3.69 for two breadsticks? make that make sense! why would anybody want a large pizza and two bread sticks! I actually have more marinara sauce than I do bread! pizza over cooked , cold and hard and I'm really annoyed about them breadsticks that cost $1.75 each. don't worry about the ranch for the wings , no need to pile on top of my terrible service and food.
