My 12 year old went in and asked for a 5.00 biggie bag and the cashier rang it all separately it came to 9.97 on my debit card and she had already eaten the cheese burger so they refused to return the money my bank made it right though. Not corporate or the Wendy's on E.Main St in Reynoldsburg.

I used my rewards points to order food. When the dasher handed me a bag I immediately told her it wasn't my order. I ordered a personal pepperoni and a side salad. She was trying to give me 2 two liters of pop and a side salad. She said let me go back to my car and make a call. She walked back to her car, sat there for a minute before driving away.The Donatos on Brice rd was no help. I had placed my original order at 4:30. It was now 5:30. So I called to let them know what happened. Long story short, I was lied to and told my order would be delivered in about 30-60minutes, which it never came. I called back, after being transferred 4times and hung up on once I finally got a manager who said my order would be right out/ was on the way. It's 7:30 and I still don't have my food. It will be a long time before I order donatos again if EVER. Poor service smh.
Great food, service, and customer service with a greeting & smiles. Love their chicken harvest salad. This salad ingredients are always fresh, the honey roasted pecans provide just the right amount of sweetness to compliment the salad and all the ingredients, the fresh blue cheese crumbles provide a burst of favor and the real chicken breast so moist you can slice with a fork and seasoned to perfection. Overall I been ordering and eating the Chicken Harvest Salads for years now but only at the Brice Rd. & Livingston Ave location. Great for lunch and dinner if you are a salad girl such as I.Great salad for a great price and the portion are more than enough.

ONLY USE CASH! Had a very terrible experience when ordering from here. Was promised a 30-minute delivery time, food arrived via Door Dash cold. The pizza looked like it had been dropped while on delivery. Called the store for 3-hours to try and get a replacement order. Nobody answered the phones the entire night. When I called the main line, the people taking the order work remotely and not in the restaurant and kept transferring me back to the store line where nobody would pick up.I had to call the store the following day and spoke with a general manager who seemed very indifferent. Donato's pizza used to be my favorite but, this is the second location where I've had a problem with my order and a manager wouldn't answer the phone line. The quality was terrible, the service was worse, and you raised the prices. So, I'm paying more money for less food and no service.I would advise anyone who enjoys Donato's pizza to pay cash only so you can refuse the delivery if the food is terrible.
