Is it the best Greek I've ever had? No, but they have a drive thru and serve you at fast food speeds. I review the quality of food based on the context of the restaurant/price point. As a fast food restaurant, Gyro City is really good. I often will stop in for a side of their tzatziki sauce to use at home when I make gyros. Their Greek fries are great and service has been overall good. When I first got my dog a couple of years ago, she went ballistic when I stopped in the drive thru. Broke out of her harness and was in my lap. The manager without being asked handed me a container with some chicken. My dog was angel the whole way home. I will say their baklava was a miss for me, but I'm picky about baklava.

Had the classic jumbo gyro, the lamb was very tasty and the everything about it was overall good. On the other hand, it's quite messy and it would have been nice if it came with a to go container. A + for a plastic fork though.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! My friends and I were so hungry, so I walked over to this place because it was close. Well, the chairs were on the tables so I thought for sure they were closed. The door was open though, so I went in and asked. The amazing staff went to ask who I presume is the owner. She informed me they were closed, but asked what I wanted. I told her I would just take from Greek fries, regular fries and hummus (I made the effort to pick things that were low maintenance but what do I know?). She said, “that’s easy! We will absolutely do that for you.” I was shocked. She then proceeded to go to the back and make everything herself!!! It doesn’t end there…she also gave me a free sample of a new avocado sauce they created. My take on that, by the way….the garlic sauce on the Greek fries is delicious - I couldn’t love garlic more. The avocado is also amazing. My thought is that the avocado sauce provides a smooth, fresh, almost lighter alternative, which I’m sure those who aren’t garlic’s number one fan would love. I’ll order both from now on because I can’t decide which I love more.The unbelievable service and the amazing food (the humus was also amazing, by the way, and I was born and raised in Saudi Arabia, so I know humus) will make this place my choice for Greek every time.Thank you, all!!!

The gyro meat and gyro sauce for their entrees are so tasty! I always get either the two mini gyro meal or the gyro salad with extra meat and extra sauce on the side. Their sauce is unmatched around town....for real, they have better flavors and super fresh produce compared to other places around town and it's actually still affordable! I do wish they would make a gyro salad combo meal though. Food for thought y'all, but go check them out! ! !

Staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean and comfortable, but did not provide an ambiance to be memorable. Food portions did not meet price point for comparable choices elsewhere. The food itself wasn't bad at all. Although, it was quite general and tasted like many other places. Overall, 3 star....not bad, not great...just plain and ordinary.

I saw this restaurant on DoorDash and decided to give it a try. I’ve ordered twice, notably for their delicious Greek Fries!\\n\\n1st order: My order was well packaged and food was freshly cooked, as it was still hot when it arrived. I had the Chicken Kebob, Greek Fries and Carrot Cake. The Greek dressing and generous crumbles of feta on those fries are crave-worthy! The chicken was grilled perfectly and the rice was well cooked and flavorful. As for my dessert, I don’t like raisins, but know as a life-long carrot cake-lover, there’s a 50/50 chance I’ll encounter some. Not a problem, the cake was moist and had all the spice and sweetness you’d expect. It also tasted homemade - didn’t have that packaged dense feel to it.\\n\\n2nd Order: I had the Regular Gyro. It was okay, but seemed a little on the dry/chewy side. My gyro meat, and pita, specifically. I may have caught them at the end of the day where food doesn’t go out as fresh. I’ll likely try again, and may add a little extra sauce, just in case.\\n\\nOverall, great flavors, hot food and reasonably priced Greek fare in Reynoldsburg!

I’m new to the Reynoldsburg area but have ordered several felafel and salmon salads from Gyro City Grill (always to-go).Must say, the food has been rock solid!The salads have been consistently fresh and very satisfying.I’m attaching a few photos of the last salmon salad I ordered in the to-go container and plated, ready to eat at my home. Dee-lish!One small tip: The (salmon) salad comes with fresh lemon garnish. The house dressing is quite tangy and there are pickled ingredients in the salad already, so maybe try without the lemon first and taste, before squeezing on fresh lemon juice!Vegetarian options: Felafel salad is yummy. Well worth checking out!

The hype and reviews are real. This place is amazing. If youre visiting or a resident of Reynoldsburg, i highly recommend you stop by and eat here. The portions are huge, the sitting area is clean, the value to portions is great and the staff is attentive and turns out food quick. You won't be disappointed. I ate there one time and had to come back again, again, again and again. It's addicting. I highly recommend the gyro (duh) and fries. The baklava is great, too.
