They seated 19 of us on Easter Sunday, which was amazing to begin with. One server took care of us, and the service was awesome ! Then the food came and it was so good. I definitely recommend the hickory house.

We stopped here on a trip to Columbus and we were pleased with our meal. Their food is nothing out of the ordinary, but it's a safe bet if you like American/BBQ.The staff was friendly, and there was almost no wait at all. Give it a shot if you're in the area.

If I could leave no stars I would. We arrived at 515p on a Sunday, were seated within 5 minutes...44 minutes later I had to take our drinks to the bar myself for refills...an hour after arriving salads came, an hour and half still no food. Requested the manager and to have our food boxed for take out, 10 minutes later manager shows up and has nothing to say, no apologies, no intent of remeding the situation. We walked out with empty bellies and pure frustration.

A regular stop for a “fall off the bone rack of ribs”!!
Hickory House offers decent food, but unfortunately, it arrived cold, detracting from the overall experience. The sweet potatoes were a disappointment, resembling more of a dog food consistency than a desirable side dish. On the bright side, the service was commendable, although the atmosphere was somewhat peculiar. Overall, a lukewarm experience warrants a 3/5 rating. While I might recommend their pulled pork sandwich, I'm unlikely to return for another dining experience.

I had ordered the haddock fish meal and corn crowder. This soup Tasted like it came out of a can no favor. The fish was more batter then fish it was over cooked. Fires tasted like they came out of a bag not hand cut. When I called the manager I just want then to Accommodate me the manager stated something about Fraud. I don't know what's fraud about getting a meal that is Disgusting that you paid for. I k ow we all want to think our food is the best because it's a family owned restaurant but your family can't cook. This meal was Discussedi will not be returning. I live 25 minutes away so if there was some Fraud it was in the taste of that food the you call family cooked.
