Ordered from Massey's for the first time in a while and was not really impressed with this visit. I don't blame Massey's directly for this issue but their quote on the website for time it would take the order to be ready was really inaccurate. The order was placed right before 5pm on a Friday so I didn't exactly expect it to be right on time. When I entered and walked up to the counter I was told that half of my order was done but they were waiting on the other pizza to come out. I waited almost 30 minutes for the pizza to come out of the oven while I thought well now the rest of the food has been sitting there for a half hour, it's probably luke warm at best now and I was not wrong. The boneless wings were cold in the middle. The Pizza sub was cold and the cheese had congealed from sitting and even the pizza that I had to wait on was not hardly warm at all. I'll still give them a few stars and another chance because I understand that they can do better and next time I hope is a different outcome. The key to a good Restaurant is consistency.

My favorite pizza place. I have to get a pepperoni pizza everytime I'm in town. The Cup and Curl pepperoni with the corn meal under the crust. Nobody else can do it right!

Food was decent but waiting forever in a drive thru for pick up that I could have walked inside to get if they didn’t lock doors at 8:00 is crazy I won’t be ordering pick up again very inconvenient

Burned so badly! Could not eat..Rule of thumb now,Always look at your pizza before you go, avoiding an expensive terrible pizza I've ever seen.Canal Winchester Massey never would serve something this disgusting..I don't even give them a ⭐ at all. At least in Reynoldsburg

Thank you Masseys pizza. Your food is great and i love the fact that a real american speaking employee answers the phone and i get personal service. Personal service means alot to the non computer and non english speaking answering service using people who still remember when your groceries were bagged and taken to your vehicle. Because we knew people needed to work and personal service is best. So thanks again masseys i appreciate all you do.

Did not realize that Massey's were different from town to town. This location may not have the seating or the bar, but the pizza is far superior to any of the other locations that I have gone to.Dietary restrictions: Love the cauliflower crust used here.
I dined in last night for the first time in years and it was hot and delicious. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and the pizza is always on point. Honestly, I could eat the subs and pizza everyday. Massey’s has long been a favorite and is my go to pizza place in the city. Thank you for being a Columbus staple for decades!

Good pepperoni pizza ? as we don't get the small cupped pepperoni in PA. Also we don't get the thin crustThe reason for not giving a 4-star for the service was our order was forgotten by the person and never received. My relatives had to go back to the counter and reorder it.
