I just feel like these restaurant need to start over in the sense of going back to when managers where real leaders and had standards for the younger kids getting a job. I understand good help is hard to find but when they start making examples of some of these employees an then hold the rest to a high standard, some of these restaurants while be alot better!
The app always crashes and management doesn't care to knowledge or make it right. Otherwise Fry's are always hot and ice coffees are on point. As for customer service their teams needs work!

Usually, I give this location a negative number because their service, attitude, and food are consistently horrible. But it was the middle of the night, and I went ahead and ordered. To my surprise, the order was both correct and hot. So this is why, for the first time, I bumped them to three stars.
