Drinks and food top tier as always but the difference today was the amazing service from summers. Above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back to see her again!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Tried to take my son here for his birthday yesterday. Said they opened at noon we showed up a few minutes early and watched car after car pull in and not be able to enter. After several minutes of nothing we left. The odd thing is there was a lady outside cleaning trash from the parking lot. Wouldn't you count on those several vehicles of potential customers? We ended up elsewhere for lunch and driving by 30 min later saw a whole 3 cars there they mustve opened 30 minutes late

Super sweet and helpful employees. They were out of the veggie burger so he suggested the fish sandwich and it hit the spot. I ordered my food for take out; however when I went inside the restaurant was very clean, can't wait to go back and eat inside when I have more time.

We had lunch at Munchies on 3/28/24. She had a cheeseburger, I had pulled pork. We both had eggrolls. Completely satisfied; service was good, food was good, atmosphere was pleasant. One improvement might be not to have 2 different sound sources going at the same time, but that wasn't a big deal as the volume wasn't very loud. Summers was our server, and she was efficient and accurate (and very busy!).

Just tacky. Check to go orders. They forget to pack your correct order, yet they ask you to pay in advance. Young, unprofessional staff. Inappropriate work attire. Nasty street clothes. If you like a hood spot, this is your place.

Burgers at this place are made to really feel like burgers, but my God there is feedback all over this page about sauces being poor and it is so true. Don't charge people for ranch or ketchup when it's very apparent that it's either poorly made in house or bought in mass and left out until it's gone, very first thing we noticed was munchies secret sauce which was rotted away ketchup on our table. Ranch was pure water and they know it is. Feedback was left with manager on shift

Every time we order online or over the phone we get missing items and most of the time we go in it is always either someone is not at front counter or they still need and extra five min to get our order out. Last night i go in to pick up the order after my wife placed an online order they said pick up will be ready in Twenty min we show up after thirty min due to knowing our food wont be ready on time which it was two orders of twelve wings and an order of potato skins with blue cheese and sour cream with our wing sauce on the side, and due to our last few experiences after about a five min wait i get outside check the bags with my wife and there is no blue cheese and sour cream, my wife decides to go in and ask for what should already be in the bag but she waits and gets ignored by the workers, she had one worker walk up to the register twice and didn't say a word to my wife which at this point is fuming mad, my wife decides to speak out and ask who's working the counter and eventually someone came she stated we didn’t receive blue cheese and sour cream which a different worker loudly said “we ain't got no blue cheese” with no type of customer service would you like anything else etc etc. little to say we will not be going back for the same dissatisfaction to this place. The food is hit or miss all we ever got from here is wings and occasionally something different and usually im not impressed. Never dined in but im sure that isnt the greatest either.

I've given this place more chances than they deserve. Today was the worst situation yet. I was given mashed potatoes that someone clearly ate out of and they reheated. I tried dining in previously and was given dirty dishes to eat on. This place is a food contamination/poisoning lawsuit waiting to happen. I try to support minority owned businesses, but this place needs to be shut down.
