I have issues every time I order from here, especially if I order online. The last time I ordered honey sesame chicken and they gave me honey walnut shrimp for some reason. Then tonight I ordered honey sesame chicken again and I've always gotten very crispy breaded chicken breast STRIPS. Tonight they served me orange chicken tossed in the honey sesame sauce. It is not the same and I wish they would have told me they didn't have it rather than just MacGyvering their own. I ordered spring rolls which were severely undercooked and egg rolls which were severely overcooked and almost black. Why would you serve a customer that knowing it's practically inedible. I asked for chili sauce and they provided hot mustard and soy sauce. At this point it feels like a game for them of how can they mess your order up the most and that's provided they prepare your order in the time they tell you they will have it ready. I've never had these problems when I've gone in. I think maybe corporate should do away with online ordering for this location.I hate leaving a bad review because I love panda and the honey sesame chicken was one of my favorite dishes they've ever done but this panda has literally screwed me twice on it.

It would be beneficial if, when someone ordered crab rangoons or teriyaki chicken through DoorDash, to include the sweet and sour sauce or the teriyaki sauce that comes with it naturally. These aren’t selectable in DoorDash and I cannot exactly go back to the store and get it.

Overpriced. Too much unrendered fat. Too many tendons ligaments and gristle. Half the chicken were small pieces that ended up being mostly breading. When getting my order wrong they would not change it to the right item.

Terrible service....was there friday evening and stood in line for 35 mins before the would even take anyones order....people were walking out...customers started yelling at them because they were ignoring us and then they gave small servings and messed uo the order......will not return!!!!!!
