I got half a sandwich and a bowl of Broccoli Cheese soup. Either things have changed since my last visit or I got the last bit of soup they had. I remembered it having bigger pieces of Broccoli, more carrots, and melty cheese. What I got was more like the super pulverized version you get in the market. Still tastes good but lacking some quality.
We ordered a Madagascar vanilla iced coffee for pickup. The order was not done by the estimated time and when we arrived it still was not done. After waiting another 10 to 15 mins, we asked about the order and we were told, while being handed a cup with syrup in it, that we have to make our own iced coffee. I have ordered this before and did not have to make it myself. If that's a thing now then, okay but I would like it made if I have it placed as an order to go.

Last night was thee worst. Only one other table in the store at 5:30pm - ordered. Waited 20 min. while sipping barely warm coffee. Finally left and asked for a refund. They never refuned the perks I had. We've been to many Paneras locally and out of state, this is thee WORST. Worst for selection, quality and service. It is 10 min. from our home but if we want Panera, we'll drive 20-30 to another location or we'll simply stop going. My wife and I do like their soups, salads, sandwiches etc. but when service is so bad, why support that business. Plus that location needs some deep cleaning. It always looks dirty..... It doesn't matter what time you go there morning or evening...it's not an efficiently run business. I think they are so worried about their new drive through, phone orders, etc that they forget about the people in the store. I am so glad there are other choices nearby.

Something is wrong with the rewards system-I have not recieved any rewards in over a week=and no mgr seems to understand what is wrong with the system. Quite sad. Staff here is unfriendly-no greeting when you place an order. no smiles-place usually has ac on when it is freezing outside. Fireplace is never on. Unclean tables and floors.Parking: not enough handicap parking spaces.

Ordered sandwich to go. Folks at prep table (including the managers) complaining about this and that to eachother and never said hellow. Only one poor guy doing all the work. This place needs a district manager shake up.

Not the cleanest when we arrived, but the service was good. Food was as expected. I wanted to give a good rating bc they were kind and patient with my son. Good customer service makes the difference.
Tired of the inconsistency. Some send sandwiches with pickles on the side, some don’t. Some sandwiches have absurd amounts of meat, some only have one slice like tonight. Quality control is a major issue at this location.

December 4, 2023, I had to stop over because I needed some soup ? because I wasn't feeling very well. This is a new Panera bread ? that was put into reynoldsburg, Ohio. I was greeted by a lady who had a very nice accent. She said she was from Ohio but it just didn't sound like it. She was so sweet and so pleasant. I thank you for your being so sweet. I enjoyed my ? soup and my bread ? ? that I received. Everything was very fresh. ??????
