My son Anthony helped me call in our Papa Johns order for pickup on our way home from our doctor's appointment. And when we got to Papa Johns, we did wait a few minutes while they were finishing up our order but the atmosphere was friendly. Me and my son were very hungry so our pizza didn't last long when we sat down at home to eat it. We made sure to get extra garlic sauces since it's our favorite part about ordering from Papa Johns.

I've had quality issues more often than not on the orders out of this location. These mainly stem from not following the specific directions or specifications you make or failure to incorporate a topping substitution or how it's cooked.However tonight I ordered a medium Hawaiian pizza. My doordash delivery came and I sat down and open it and realized it was a barbecue chicken pizza. I decided to take the option for the customer service to reorder when I got my receipt I realized that they didn't have the few alterations I requested on that receipt so I decided to message customer service just to double-check that the information was also passed along to Papa John's. The representative messaged back and said absolutely, I was already on the phone with them and I communicated to them what you want in your order. So I'm expecting a delivery again from the store and 3 minutes before the store closes at 1:00 I get a notification that my order was cancelled.But to make matters even worse I called the store directly and I hit three to request to talk to the manager just to basically say like hey I want my pizza I'm hungry I'd rather have my food than my refund. A woman answered and quickly was pretending to be oblivious to what I was talking about which is fine but she said well let me go double-check . I didn't sell on hold for 15 minutes and realized that they're not going to pick back up the phone so not only did they mess up my order they confirmed that they were going to redeliver it they canceled it on me and then when I called the store they blatantly ignored me.just terrible customer service, blatant disregard and unprofessional.

I had ordered pizza and wings, they took my card with no problem told me 30 minutes for delivery. An hour later I called asking where my food was and they cancelled it. Said Door dash cancelled it. I didn't order through door dash. Last time I checked, they had delivery drivers for the business. Use to like the pizza, but will not order from any Papa John's again.
I ordered a large cheese pizza, this is what I got. This pizza has more sauce than cheese. I ordered multiple pizzas from them a week prior and it looked nothing like this. When I spoke to the manager he was rude, and advised he made the pizza himself. I told him the previous pizzas I had ordered had plenty of cheese on them, he told me his employees were using too much cheese and that he had used the correct amount. He was rude, stale, and unprofessional.

Great location! I visited after dark when there was minimal traffic. The location is super convenient. My pizza was fresh out of the oven when I arrived.
First time ordering from this location. I ordered a Chicken Alfredo bowl got home and there's no chicken in it. I thought I was tripping for a minute, but nope, there is no chicken. Mushrooms, spinach tomatoes, onion, banana peppers (which aren't supposed to be on it) and sauce. They offered to remake it but I just got home and not driving back out. How do you forget the main ingredient?

Pizza was cold - Doordash?? Seriously... you guys charge 4.99 delivery fee and do not even deliver it - doordash driver was lost in our subdivision for 20 plus Mins - I was on the phone with her the whole time trying to get her to our house -Will be trying someone else for pizza moving forward

I dont know who runs this location but they are doing an amazing job. We have ordered from here for the last 5 years and have never had an issue. The order is always correct, piping hot and delivered quickly. It usually arrives way earlier than the estimated time. Just wanted to say great job to the managers and employees!

I ordered a pizza well done and it's barely cooked and soggy, the toppings were all on one side. I ordered extra garlic butter and none came. I ordered Garlic knots with garlic butter and it came with a quarter cup of marinara sauce. When I called to talk about it the manager only offered to send me garlic butter, no way to correct the pizza or give me a discount. I feel bad for the driver, they were nice and the only one with some sense.

Best papa johns experience of my life! The cheese was melty and gooey, the dough was soft and pillowy, everything was cooked perfectly, and even though the driver has to drive in a flash flood they were one of the most friendly people I've had the pleasure of talking to in a long time. Order delivery at 9p on Thursdays and hope you get lucky!
