Bottomless griddle was good and quite fast. Shrimp and grits was very bland, raw onion, barely any gravy. Service was amazing though. Was a 20 minute wait on early Sunday afternoon.

I ordered food from this establishment on 12/26/2022, and I must say I was disappointed in my food. Me and my wife decided to go with the classic meal, and boy oh boy I was disturbed by my meal. My turkey sausage, cheese eggs and loaded potato chunks were ice cold. I mean it was not room temperature. I had a bad experience twice from the first time they messed my order up and the second time the food was bland. I hate to leave a bad review because I love scramblers food. I had way better experience from Scramblers in New Albany/Gahanna area and Pickerington. I guess I will not return back to this location again. What a waste of $40.00. Ps. Cooks you may hate your job, and you may not like the pay with your company, but take that up with Scramblers customers are paying good money for food that is cold ?.
