Brought a friend to subway tonight around 8:15 pm.. first of all the workers inside were moving slow as hell with ZERO sense of urgency although they saw people in the drive through. Sat in line and at the window for over 20 minutes and STILL no urgency to send out food .. IT WAS ONLY 1 SUB and only one other car in the drive thru! They were taking so damn long doing a bunch of nothing we ended up LEAVING without the sub!!! The night shift workers Sucks!! And lack CUSTOMER service ethics. Will never stop at this subway anymore!

I've always like Subway, particularly the efficiency in preparing my order when I do so online. The food is fresh, tasty and plentiful, despite the many things I've heard about general quality suffering these days. I have no issues with them.I have however, been a little frustrated about the timeliness of the orders as of late. The last three times that I placed online orders, the food still took considerable time. It's a 10-minute drive to this location and usually it's on time. The last two times I had to pull around to the window and wait for them to begin. Even then, making my order took longer than usual.Not enough to run me off, but not the way I'm used to being served.

I was ordering from the drive through but the [this is just a description of a person] a black woman that's 5.6ft ish 180lbs ish at 3:15 to 3:30 1/29/2023 kept interrupting me very rudely and was just making excuses to keep interrupting me and when I got inside she still made even more excuses And still kept interrupting me.When I was trying to talk to her. Friend of mine tried to apologize and she says I'm not worried about it. I didn't do anything wrong even though she was quite rude by. Keeping repetitively interrupting me and not even care And still gave me attitude but showed some sort of Special treatment to my freind probably because he was black idk however was I given the rude treatment thru and thru and my freind Was spoken to like a mother to a child.? It was low-key, passive-aggressive racism.

Leshsha B is the worst, zero stars if allowed, she should not be dealing with customers on any level. She has no home training and should not be employed anywhere that she has to interact with humans. She obviously hates her job and life, it shows.

Meatball wrap had most of the meatballs on the outside of the wrap, asked me what kind if chips and didn't have any in the bag, had to pay for them separately. Poor drive thru service, don't know how to put a sandwich together. Won't go to subway again.

Stood in line for 25 minutes inside with a line of people in front of me while the team handled all the drive thru orders. After 25 mins I couldn’t stand there anymore and left. Waste of time! I heard them commiserating about how they haven’t had breaks all day. Should probably provide the adequate amount of staff to handle the volume at this store. Horrible!

Honestly if I could share 0 stars I would. Let's start from the beginning came in, every sauce they had was out and on the counter, ok benefit of the doubt they "might" have a back up. The heavy set short guy that was handling drive-thru rubbed his hand on his snotty nose rubs it in then proceeds to grab gloves without washing his hands. ?yea I should've walked out after but the other guy who helped us removed his gloves to instantly put another pair on to make our 6 inch subs. So snot nose hands let us get almost to the end just for his dora the explorer looking self to look at us smile and say we're only accepting cash ?? he took almost everyone in the drive-thru and waited just to say this! Yea I knew this was the EXTREMELY LAST resort subway I would've went to just thought maybe they would have it together 1 last time but nah! CLOSE THIS LOCATION!?????

Just left the drive thru. They told us they could only make one sandwich for us even though there were two of us in the car. We were there over an hour before they closed. Mind you, they told us this after we were already asked to wait for ten minutes. They had limited bread and supposedly management told them to only make a sandwich per car. What ever happened to customer service or first come first serve? A complete joke of an establishment.
