Walked in and saw a white female opening boxing. When approaching the counter to take my order, she proceeded to make my sandwich with the same gloves worn while she was opening boxes. Not only did she not change her gloves, but she looked like she hadn't showered in at least two days, and literally rolled out of bed, and came to work, wearing the clothes she slept in. She looked dingy and dirty!As if that wasn't enough, she had an attitude about making me a sandwich. At that point, I said to her, and the male coworker "This girl has a bad attitude", and walked out.

All of the staff here is amazing. They always serve with a smile, while being incredibly fast. I'd like to include a special shout-out for Bishnu, because she is the best employee in a store full of Aces! Far and away, the best Subway I've ever been to!

I just wanted the owner to see this but the person who was working behind the counter never put down her phone. She was checking me out not paying attention, texting, took a phone call that was definitely a personal call, and didn’t give me my receipt. Also tried to not cook my bacon… I worked at subway for 4 years and you have to cook the bacon.

Don't bother ordering online it's just a waste of time. My wife ordered online went to pickup the food they told her she had to wait for all the customers in the store then once all the customers left they handed her a cold bag of food that had been setting their the whole time.

Never ever again. Ordered online it said ready at 6:10. Go in at 6:20 ask the kidiif there is a pick up line he says no we are making those. So I get in line behind 7 people then 2 people come in and tell them they are there for a pickup order and they give them their pick up orders. Then I was asked by it seemed the manager if I already placed an order I said yes at 5:55 and gave her my name she said oh that’s over there, where the other 2 people picked there pick up order at. So now my family’s dinner is cold. Never will I spend another cent at this establishment. Three months ago same thing happened. No more chances. I finally received my order at 6:40. Cold as ever!!!!!!

I'm having problems getting my reward points. They don't ask. When I requested them, the employee didn't complete the transaction. Re-did it without my reward. Last night I asked for tomato and got mayo. I walked out. Won't go back. They charge a lot for a sandwich but don't care about throwing it in the garbage.

Best experience I ever had at a subway! Was helped by Jackson who was absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! They had multiple orders come in, via online orders and walk-ins, and he kept his composure and handled every order with a smile and absolutely exceptional customer service. He is honestly a wonderful employee. All this and they were near closing time too. Thank you for such a great experience! You exemplified what great customer service really is!
