This location always gives me the worst food and “coffee” but it’s the closet one to my apartment. Literally the last 4 times Ive went here I regretted it. Even the special menu drinks that are made 1 specific way are always messed up. And if you order an iced coffee BEWARE it’ll be 99% just creamer even if you just ask for 1 cream. Literally me and my boyfriend had to take our iced coffees home and brew another pot of coffee to mix in bc both of our drinks were literally just sugar cream. We really paid like 10$ for 2 coffees just to have to go home and waste more of our time and energy fixing them otherwise they weren’t drinkable. So annoying.

Service sucked. Lady couldn’t even take an order without stopping. Then she started to give us a nasty tone and started to complain. I eat tim hortons every day and this is by far the worst store i have ever been to. Ruined the whole tim hortons experience for me. Really sad that a middle aged woman cant even take an order right without getting frustrated and acting like a child, grow up…

I never was helped. I stayed in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes behind two cars and by the time I got up to the speaker it added another 5 minutes. I ended up driving away but while doing so I saw only one team member behind the counter cleaning and looking out of the window, not helping the car that was at the pick up window. I ended up driving to another location in and out in less than 5 minutes.

The staff are friendly and keep the place well kept together, but the food leaves a lot to be desired. Bagels and croissants have been burnt almost every time I’m here. Also, they are consistently out of items, which seems to be bad planning of ordering supply. It’s important to have good staff, but the food is the main reason to go to a restaurant.

The brown butter caramel lattè and donut (vanilla cream) were very good. The breakfast sandwich was average and it was cold.

Just stopped through the drive thru during one of this location's very short opening hours. Service was VERY slow and once I was finally handed my two Ice Capps by a team of people who looked like they'd rather be anywhere else, got home and took a drink to find out they tasted like someone got the line between the soda machine and the coffee machines crossed. Absolutely disgusting. Store phone number was hard to find and once I did it rang saying it has been disconnected.

Hours are wrong. They close at 4pmEdit: while I appreciate reaching out, I don't really have enough to talk about to call your number. I went there shortly after 4, they were closed, and had a sign that says they closed at 4. Thanks!

The attitude sucks over hereThey don't cook what you supposed to have on your food. Have a attitude you got to ask for a sleeve for hot items. It sucks.

Not sure why the past 2 months the reviews look great. Glad you had that experience. But the crew there today was horrible! The girl taking my order acted like it was her very first time even looking at the tim Hortons menu ? it took some time for her to finally get my order right. Then she was handing me each item instead of putting my order inside of a bag. Then when I ask for a bag to hold my stuff she rolls her eyes and cops an attitude. Then the guy brings over my drinks and doesn't offer a cup holder just started handing them to me. These people think I have 8 hands or something. RETRAIN THESE PEOPLE MY GODAlso they kept the window open and saw multiple bees and flies go into the window where the donuts are up on the shelf and not protected. ?

Great food, great staff on most days, I would give 5 stars but their hours are not correct. They don't stay open til 7pm in fact they close at 5pm. I don't know why businesses don't update there websites or hours, it only takes 1 min.
