So I went earlier today to get me some lunch, I went inside and saw a child behind the counter putting his fingers in the donuts. I was so disgusted I didn’t even order, then I went to leave and I saw the manager I believe her name was Amanda harassing her employee with her teenage daughter.
Prefacing this by saying I have never left a bad review before. Had a coupon for a $1 iced medium coffee. Told the person at the speaker that we had it, and he asked us if we wanted a flavor in it, so we added vanilla, cream, and sugar. Also got a pumpkin muffin. Got to the window, presented the coupon to the woman there, and she told me that it doesn't apply to flavored coffees, which is strange because we have used the exact same type of coupon at multiple locations AND the...read full review

AWFUL. If I could rate 0, I would. Inside was closed. I placed a mobile order 10 min in advance, and they said I have to place it further in advance because their system takes a long time to receive orders. After waiting through the long DT line that I never wanted to be in in the first place, they refused to give me my order even with proof of payment from their app. They told me to get a refund online
