“Everything was fresh and the McDonald's girl even gave me medium frie free because we both agreed they were way over priced when my bill was only 6 something and it jumped to 10 something after I ordered them. She smiled and cancelled them. She might have noticed I am homeless at this point in my life due to life circumstances because my boyfriend and I's white Silverado diesel truck was packed to the bone with a lot of our belongings. I wish we were at a better spot in our lives but it really makes me say "I'm loving it" when a true stranger does the smallest gesture for you and your day gets better. It is really nice to know there are kind people out there in the universe and they work at this awesome McDonald's ????? Parking: Nice place to park and just relax ?Kid-friendliness: There were children here.Wheelchair accessibility: You can have a wheelchair and get around good here.“

“Big fan of Portal West!Every time I've visted, the team is kind and intentional to welcome me in. The space is mellow, and the decor is aesthetically pleasing.Their coffee is some of the best I've had in the area. The baristas are very knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations. “Nice little mom & pop doughnut shoppe. They have a nice variety of doughnuts as well as other pastries like brownies and such. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. If you are in the Hinckley area and looking for doughnuts and coffee, you won't go wrong coming here.“

“This place is a true gem! I came here with a few girlfriends and had a great time. I ordered the chai latte and it was delicious. I also ordered a blueberry danish that was perfection! The gentleman at the register was very friendly and joking around with us. The atmosphere is cozy and has a bit of a cool retro vibe. It was very crowded but didn't feel overcrowded. “I live near Tallmadge. I had an appointment in Brecksville, and on the way home, I just had to stop in for the eggnog gelato! It was perfect! Their selection of flavors is wonderful. They have food and specialty coffees also. I'm planning to take a trip back with my daughter for lunch soon. Great place!“

“Nothing was open as it was very early when I arrived. However, the restroom was open and clean. Very spacious inside. Property was well lit, inside and out. Two different entrances that I noticed and used. Cleaning staff were there late night/early morning.“

“I’m from southwestern Ohio and I like trying new coffee shops when I’m away from home. Came across nervous dog and I’m glad I did. I got an apple pie iced latte. Very good. Can taste the apple pie but it’s not too sweet and overpowering of the coffee flavor like a lot of other places do. Still has a strong coffee flavor. I enjoy it.“

“We've been ordering Caruso Coffee wholesale for a few years now. The sales staff is always very helpful to give suggestions on coffee that matches our needs or familiar flavor profiles. Our favorite is Café Italiano for Espresso and Hylander Grogg for our drip machine or pour-overs. We've also tried smaller batches of Ethiopian Yirgaheffe and Jamaican Blue Mountain. All varieties we've had are fantastic.“

Try their delicious beef sausages (cevapi) and borek (flaky pastry filled with meats or cheese). They also have a small store with imported Balkan items. I love how the vegetables are cut to uniform sizes in a balanced mix, so you get the flavor of all the ingredients in every bite.
