Took 40 mins to get 2 subs. When they finally came one was so burnt that you couldn't eat it. And last 2 times that we ordered they couldn't get mine correct

Daughter ordered TWO taco pizzas and she didn't get any taco sauces with them. Tried to call back from the minute we got home 8:45 pm and saw they was missing.They REFUSED TO ANSWER THE PHONE even after I let it ring for 15 minutes.She even kept trying to call and still no answer.You would think they could at lease answer " saying it was to late to order " just incase they messed up on someone's order !!!Will be calling day manager in the morning!!!

This was the worst sub I have ever taken a bite of. Took an 8 dollars sub and trashed it. I wouldn't even let my dogs have it. Nasty food.

Love seeing small businesses, locally owned. Hard working staff. The place was steady with customers. Our crew ordered everything from small pizza, calzones, fettuccine alfredo, and salads. The portion size was more than enough. The food was good. I just prefer a tangy/sweeter sauce. The place was clean, the bathrooms were very clean, and they served all types of beverages. Big TVs are in eazy to watch placement. Location near University of Grande.
Kali’s made my trip from Cincinnati to here terrific yesterday.Kali’s is as delicious today as in 1978 or 1979 when I first ate at Kali’s in Oak Hill. We moved from our farm into Oak Hill, Oh., just 2 streets away from Kali’s. I ate lots of Kali’s then. That was my Sophomore year of High School.The pizzas & Jackson County Veal are still superb. I miss them; living in Cincinnati. The service was quite friendly, certainly. I had rougher service later in the day at 2 stops in Chillicothe. (undoubtedly)The service at places in Cincinnati can be rough sometimes, too.Very fun & nice lady server yesterday for lunch. (Sunday)Vegetarian options: There are salads available, or cheese pizza, or cheese pizza bread, etc. There is a vegetable topping pizza. I ordered a cheese pizza along with my meat pizza. It’s delicious.Parking: The parking is fine. There is a larger lot to the side of the restaurant toward the rest of The Village of Rio Grande, which I didn’t notice when I arrived there.

Excellent local pizza. I ordered on their website and my pizzas came out perfect. The nice girl that waited in me made sure to check the pizzas and make sure they were well done like requested and they sure were?. They also sell Jeni’s Ice Cream in the store! A fantastic gourmet end to the meal. I’ll be back.

We stopped by here just to try a different place on our route during a girls trip. Amazing food! Great customer service! Try their calzone! SOOO good! The bacon cheddar fries, delicious! Stuffed breadsticks have pepperoni and cheese in them. Highly recommend this place!
