The food just isn't good. The staff is friendly and the place is nice but the lack of good tasting food prevents me from recommending this place.

First time today. Angus burger was amazing! Very fresh tasting! We also got the Philly cheese steak and kids chicken tenders. Everything was really good. I'll be back.

I love Burger IM! I love how everything is made fresh. The people that run the place are very kind. The uncut burger is fantastic! I love how I can get whatever toppings I want. It’s definitely my favorite fast food burger and so far everyone I’ve turned on to Burger IM has loved it too. Always a positive experience!

Had the lamb burger with fries. The burger was delicious and the fries was hot and krispy the way i like it. The prices are good. Restaurant is clean. Staff is friendly. Food is fresh. Parking is great. Will be back soon. Thank you

I’ve been going here for a quite a while and I’m writing this review from Florida wishing they had a location here. I just went to a place here in Miami claiming to be the “best burger you’ll ever have” (which was false) & felt compelled to come leave a review here and say burgerim burgers are 100% the best burger I’ve actually ever had. I still have not found a better burger spot, even in Miami, better than burgerim. Burgerim is still unmatched and I’m sure always will be. Missing you burgerim?

Been here a couple of times, good stuff. Got a falafel burger, with onion rings. My wife got a burger with sweet potato fries, which she enjoyed. We will be back.

Nothing to complain about. I'm vegetarian so they had a couple options, bonus. Falafel and Impossible burger.Fries were nice and salty too!

Drive 20 mins to try for the first time wasd going to order the trio burger meal to taste different burgers and 12 wings to try 2 sauces, they wanted to charge me 4$ to split sauces. I decided not to order that ridiculous and unheard of.
Swung by here on our way out of Cleveland. Couldn't believe it wasn't busy (maybe because of the Brown's game.) Lamb burger was very good. Cooked perfectly. Tzatziki dripping off of it. Yum!

I loved this place. Their burgers were awesome. Disappointed that it Strongsville one closed so soon ?Oh well there's another one in Rocky River, so no problem. Hopefully their chain will grow.
