Zero stars if I could. Online ordering never works. So annoyed, we stopped going there. Recently received "we miss you" coupon for 50% off order (online only). What the heck, give em another shot. Same fiasco with online ordering wouldn't acknowledge coupon/discount online. Went into store where they of course wouldn't honor the deal. The counter girl said we can't do that cuz we lose money that way. We said you'll lose money if we don't buy anything , right? She agreed, so we left and called the trouble shoot hotline where the girl acknowledged she saw the deal but couldn't access it either, lol. Pathetic. They "escalated it" whatever that means. In the meantime, our Subway is delicious. Subways online ordering system is a breeze, and Subways online ordering had no problem calculating the buy one get one 50% off online coupon.

Horrible! Ordered a footlong sub on wheat, they gave me white, ordered bacon on that sub, no bacon, ordered it toasted, sandwich was cold, ordered another sandwich with cucumber, no cucumber. Sandwiches are supposed to come with pickle spears, no pickle spears. Called and I advised them that the sandwiches were wrong. I asked if they were that busy that they could not pay attention to what was ordered and the person laughed and said "yeah, we that busy. You're funny bro" Really, that's how you respond to a complaint?! I'm not your "bro" ! I'm a paying customer! No apology! Worst fast food experience ever. Definitely not going back. Apparently they don't value customers or have any work ethic whatsoever.

Had the new Pork Sandwich on Hawaiian Bun and it was excellent. Bun was nice and soft, meat had great taste, sauce/slaw made it. Also had chili first time and was great. Really recommend especially for price.

I was questioned and humiliated by a senior team member when my order was stolen from the Online Orders shelf this evening; this is after I showed another team member the emailed receipt. Instead of simply remaking the order, the senior team member decided to question me further and make excuses. He asked if I had someone else pick it up (obviously I didn't). Then he said they don't card people when they pick up online orders from the shelf, and that it had never happened before (which I find rather hard to believe as online orders being stolen from pick-up shelves is a common issue). Regardless, neither of those things needed to be pointed out. He was flippant, dismissive, and unkind. He made me stand there defending my purchase until I began to think he had no intention of fulfilling the order. I questioningly said, "So are you not going to fulfill the order; that would be very poor customer service." He snapped back, "you said that, I didn't say that." I responded that it didn't seem like he was going to fulfill the order the way he was questioning me and making excuses. Some customers walked in, so I guess he decided to do the thing he should've done immediately. He said in an unkind tone (like he was doing me some sort of favor), "I will remake the order." I simply said, "thank you" and had to wait another 20 minutes for the order. It was a horrendous experience. I was shocked because I've ordered from there many times without an issue and generally friendly staff; this guy (who I think is likely a manager) treated me in a disgraceful manner.

Food is always ? a number#1, have enjoyed all the food that I have had, atmosphere is pretty much typical of a shop like this, but more welcoming to eat there than others like them.

We visit this Firehouse Subs in Rocky River at least 2-3 times a month. I usually get the medium size Hook and Ladder on wheat and my husband usually gets the medium size Spicy Cajun Chicken on wheat. We are never disappointed! The staff is genuinely super friendly which is so refreshing these days! They do a great job, keep up the good work!!

Firehouse Subs rule!! I LOVE their hot subs and they always take my dairy allergy into consideration (one of the few places who does without a fuss).I just had their catering for my wedding party and oh man they were a HIT!!! I got my sister in law a gluten free ciabatta roll which she said was stellar. They delivered it on time and in neat boxes. I was able to call over the phone as their website’s catering page wasn’t working. Everyone loved their delicious sandwiches and chips!Well done Firehouse Subs for feeding a hungry wedding group and dealing with two allergies at once!
