We enjoyed the food and service here. While we did experience a fairly long wait (I know we were there for over an hour and a half), I still would say it was a good experience overall. The burgers were top notch, the fried zucchini was way better than I expected, and the wings were good too. They have milkshakes that you need to save room for because I sure didn't and wanted to try them. The milkshakes also have the option of adding adult fixings to elevate your experience. Definitely will return!

Food was fantastic. Was there last month with my mother in law and 10month old. She was a friggen tornado. Dropped our sauces all over the floor. We cleaned it up before leaving, and our server was very kind about it. I can't remember his name unfortunately.

When we walked in, the hostess told us they only had 2 cooks in tonight so they weren’t seating anyone. We said we just wanted to sit at the bar for a drink, no food, and were told that the manager wasn’t allowing them to serve anyone? We didn’t want food? Still confused by this encounter.

Good food, server was good but waited 45-50 min to get food (2 burgers, 6 wings at our table) once we ordered. Restaurant wasn't even full, I'd say half full at most. Long enough wait to make me not go back again.

A great place to grab lunch!! Servers are great, they always get us in and out in less than an hour!! Great Burgers and the Brisket Fries are my favorite.
Like it for the burgers but service both in and out is pretty sub par. Decided to give them a try for my family on the go on a Sunday at 6pm and got "sorry no carryout tonight" coming from someone who works in service it must be nice to make so much money you just turn people away. Either that or they're staffed by a bunch of Gen Z who all called off bc they're not feeling it. : /

Went for lunch today. Got there around 11:45. We were one of two tables. Ordered the appetizer special, a burger and a steak special and two glasses of wine. Took about 10 minutes to get the wine. An HOUR later, our waitress stopped by to refill our waters and apologize that the app was taking so long. (It was a portabella cap stuffed with cheese, tomato and basil so I don't know why it was on the menu if it is so time consuming. I could have gone to the store, bought the ingredients, brought them home, made it and eaten it in an hour.) She gave us our side salads as an appetizer. About 80 minutes after ordering she brought out our app with our entrees. At this point we were one of 6 tables with two servers. There was no apology made for how slow everything was. The lunch special was supposed to be served with fries and a compound butter. Nope. It randomly came with asparagus?! Got the bill and noticed we were comped our second glass of wine. So my irritation abated. Only for the server to say "Ooops. I forgot to charge you for the wine. Be right back." What? I was shocked but thankfully she did end up comping us a glass of wine. She took forever to run my card, too. We were there for over an hour and 45 minutes for a weekday lunch! Ugh. Never again.

I am not sure I should give it a 3 star or 5 star review. Everything was great we enjoyed it very much. However, dinner took a long time because they were under-staffed. I understand management my not have an option and are doing their best with limited staff, but it still took more than an hour and I am not sure if they could have done something different. I would definitely go back!! I just have it 3 stars for THAT PARTICULAR day at that PARTICULAR time.

I went with friends after work. The place was not busy and it was the slowest service! It took a very long time to get our drinks. The server just handed me the beer I ordered in the can from across the table?!? Really. The food was even slower. My French fries w/ brisket & pickled jalapenos was basically cold. Yuk! I just don't think I can bring myself to going back here...ever. It was just a huge disappointment. Do not recommend.

We waited 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us even though both a male and female employee walked past us. There is no where to sit while waiting and I'm disabled.When someone finally bothered to talk to us it was to tell us there was a long wait which they could have told us when we first walked in rather than ignoring us. We heard the food was good so the service, or lack thereof, was disappointing.

Me and my husband came here a few weeks ago and had a great experience. Our server was very accommodating and he gave us great suggestions. unfortunately our most recent experience was extremely disappointing, we came Friday night so I understand it was busy but our bartender was very rude and made it feel we weren’t wanted there. Our food came cold and we were never asked how everything was after the fact. Could just be a hit or miss kind of place but we will not be returning to risk it.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. We waited over 45 minutes for our food, our waiter never asked if we needed refills, when we finally got our food, another employee brought it out and yelled at our waiter in front of us to take care of our table since it was our food. Half our tables food was cold. He never checked in after giving us our food. Brought the checks after we asked for it, forgot to split them, and then split them incorrectly after we went over it. We could see him standing around vaping on the dining room floor. Would not recommend
