I have ordered delivery of food and pretty much 90% of time at least 2 items are not available . 2 is being generous on the number. Items no subductions offered items were not on sale so they should have the simple cream cheeses bagels etc. don't even bother with deli pasta salads I never get what I order I get NOTHNG . Yes it happened AGAIN today !! Maybe another giant Eagle is better but Rockyriver they don't care !

Every time I go, I get reminded why I don't like going there. It would be nice to not be spoken to like I'm a dumbass because your sign is misleading. I simply asked to have the item removed because I decided not to purchase it and explained why and instead of the guy just taking it off he had to make comments. It was unnecessary and rude.

This is my favorite supermarket of all time. I'm especially impressed with the dairy section. The overnight employees must work extremely hard to keep it fully stocked at all times. The store manager Jay is the nicest guy I've ever met there. I shop here 3 or 4 times each week.

I have shopped at giant eagle for years. Used to love the Italian bread..not anymore. The bread is gummy and has no substance. I don't know whether the recipe was changed or someone new is baking. I will purchase my bread at heinens from now on.

There’s an extremely rude and obnoxious bakery b*tch named “Jen” who works there most mornings. You should try to either avoid her or be prepared for some horrible customer service. I’ve complained, but they’re desperately understaffed, so nothing’s really going to be done about this wretched bakery employee.

I am 70 years old and a store clerk insisted on scanning my drivers license for an alcohol purchase. According to what I read this is very dangerous in that the license gives access to personal information. GE could sell my info OR get hacked. I will no longer shop at this store.
A sign out front says you need to wear a mask. Half of the customers were not. Five women, working in the deli were not wearing their masks correctly, one had it under her chin, 3 had it under their noses and one was wearing some sort of mesh nonsense mask under her nose. In the meat section 4 employees were wearing their masks incorrectly. The cashier was also wearing his mask under his nose. In fact, I only saw 1 employee in the store wearing a mask correctly and one employee cleaning grocery carts wearing her mask correctly. I'll find another store that cares about their customers and follows the rules, giant eagle obviously doesn't!

This location is the only one I like to get sushi at. They make it taste great and don't add a ton of carrots as filler like other locations do. They also always have the brown rice option available. One one time they didn't and the gentleman made it fresh for me. They even have Starbucks if you get thirsty while shopping. Staff is friendly.

As much as I go to Giant Eagles this one is my favorite, I already know most of the clerks who are so funny and sweet their Starbucks is also great especially the barista's I sometimes just go there to get my coffee so friendly and nice the store is so clean especially nowadays

There have been awesome renovations made to this store which include a liquor cell, a winery, a fresh marketplace to order healthy food from w/ occasional live shows and even a Starbucks.

This Giant Eagle is ALWAYS packed. I've been here late at night & it's crowed as it would be during the afternoon on a Saturday.
