They came to the Cleveland job corps campus for employee appreciation day. We got to choose 1 free item for lunch. It was pretty good. Just your basic kinda sandwiches and chicken tender is what most of the kids got. I tried the Hawaiian jerk pork sandwich. It was alright. Nothing unique to me. Nothing spectacular. Meat was lil dry. Cous cous salad was okay too. Overall it was just okay to me. Kids enjoyed it!
Matt & his team are an absolute dream to work with. They had (2) food trucks at our last corporate event with awesome variety; from beef brisket to caprese to salmon salads. Everything was delicious and employees raved about the quality. The sides were awesome too; I loved the couscous salad. We will work with Manna/Gourmet Guy again for sure! A surprise 40 th bday party at Bay Arts where Manna had a truck. Best pulled pork sandwiches, Philly cheesesteaks were the bomb and truffled fries.. yum yum yum!Crew that worked the truck were professional, friendly and got food to the partygoers in a timely basis!Can’t wait to try them out again!
