Came here a few weeks ago before a show. Had the pleasure of sitting on the patio during a beautiful day. Our waitress was a sweetheart. The food was all soooooo good! My friend is vegetarian and loved all the available options! Definitely plan on going back and trying more food!

Great atmosphere! Staff are friendly. Food is delicious! Can’t say thank you enough for having vegan options.Vegetarian options: I had vegan cheese on my pizza. I asked them to use a clean cutter due to milk allergy. She said they always use clean cutters on vegan pizza!Kid-friendliness: I have brought my kids there after appointments at Cleveland clinic. They have a nice kids menu with crayons. My daughters like the French bread cheese pizza with apples. My daughters have autism and they feel comfortable in this restaurant and they enjoy the decor and the food.

Had the mighty meet pizza, cloud nine wings and philiy cheese steak calzone and I was so happy. Shared with the family. Also salads are huge!
First time here! Loved all the food. Top five pizza places Ive been to. Spacious inside, good selection of food items. Wait staff was really nice and we didn't wait too long for food mid-afternoon. Will definitely be back to eat here and visit Rocky River.

We love coming here. I haven't found another place that makes a crust like they do. They have many different ways you can order the pizza. My one complaint would be their GF pizza. It is ordinary and has NO flavor, tastes cheap, like a typical frozen one from the grocery. The setting inside has interesting creations on the walls and decor. It doesn't give a "mellow" retro vibe though as the other chains do. The service is usually average.

Terrible service. We have had multiple experiences where we were told a wait time and then never sat, despite open tables the entire hour+ we sat waiting. I get having to wait and the staff not knowing exact times, but the hostess’ were rude and condescending when we followed up on our wait time after an hour of waiting. The food is not good enough to excuse the poor service, so we will not be back ?.
