My expectations for a penn station sub aren't very high but the food I received was so bad it prompted this review. The vegetables on my sub all appeared old and rotten (tasted rotten too.) The fries were almost all black and geen, honestly inedible. Just skip the stop here, this location was terrible.

On Monday Dec 4th I called the rocky river location to order take out and some girl answered I asked if I could place a order and she hung up on me. I called back the other times and she kept hanging up on me. At this time it was about 650pm. So I went up to the store and arrived at about 7pm. The was a girl with red hair worth a black and blue shirt on and a skinny guy with black hair. As I walked to the register to place A order I heard the girl laugh and say to the guy I'm hanging up on people when they call.. she said she doesn't even care and that she will hang up on people all night. In my mind I was thinking she had the guts to say that as I'm standing for 5 mins to place a order. How crazy it that. If your n losing any business it's prob because of her.

This was my 1st time at Penn Station. I ordered a Rueben sandwich & fries.Maybe I'm just use to Slyman's Corned beef sandwiches, but where's the beef?? I got more fries & bread than meat!!I decided to just eat half the sandwich open-faced style. Don't think I'll be back.. ??

Purchased 3 sandwiches Friday night for coworkers and myself at about 8ish. All 3 were wrong the receipts had the correct info, the receipts were put on the wrong sandwiches and none of them contained what was asked for are even printed. I feel like this had to be on purpose. How do you not get one right when the label is right there. He gave us what he felt like making I guess. Couldn't return since lunch is only 30 min. If the goal was to get us not to return there, it worked.
The staff was friendly and nice. We were greeted as we entered the door. The restaurant was quiet and very clean. The fries had a funny taste. I believe the oil is old. The oil coated my gums. The lemon aid was weak. The cheesesteak was very good. The potion size for a large was decent. The sandwiches were very oil.

the world has come to a place where even when you’re simply buying a medium fry, you’re asked to donate to some random organization. at first you think, if i say no am i going to be judged? ah yes, a series of guilt tripping by even fast food chains like this one continuing to grow like fungus. luckily for me, i could careless. i have no clue if the money is really even going to them in the first place. i mean think about it folks, if we stood firm and denied this modern day begging for tips and donations, perhaps we could focus on more important things. lastly, i noticed the guy at the register touching money, the screen, etc etc then turn around and begin preparing a sub for someone without putting on gloves. there should be a separate handler for preparing, not the register boy.

Just left this location and I got a small BLT took two bites of the BLT got no bacon I open up the sandwich and there's literally three pieces of bacon(not full pieces) soggy, tomatoes, and discolored lettuce. Probably the worst sandwich I've ever gotten from any location.
