This restaurant was recommended and a terrible experience. The servers were rude. There was dust all over the cash register. The menus were falling apart and not covered by any plastic. The bathroom had towels piled up and overflowing. The food was mediocre. I had the spaghetti casserole which was not bad and the cheese soup was great. My sister ordered scrod hoping since we were close to Lake Erie it would be good but was out of the microwave. I really do not see how this restaurant has passed any inspections by the health department and will never return!

Finally visited this restaurant. Our table had bowl of creamers with ants crawling all over them. Discreetly gave to waitress which gave us cold shoulder treatment thereafter. Only young waitress who served our food was friendly. Ate quick, tipped friendly waitress and left. It's a one and done place. Pick another area restaurant to eat and enjoy.

After many years, took a ride to the Rustic Grill. It was worth the drive there. I had chicken papprakash, which was home made and excellent. Came with cranberry sauce for some reason and was underwhelming. I didn't like. My friend had the breaded cod which was not at all greasy and he really liked it.

We discovered this restaurant (this gem!) during burger week, 2022. This was my fourth burger of the week, and the best by far! All of our food was amazing! And all of the staff was super friendly! We will be returning to this restaurant again and again on a regular basis. Loved it! ❤️

Love this place! Went there for the first time after living here almost 10 years and well definitely be back. Very friendly and efficient service and food was good and well priced. We went for breakfast. Only downfall is Sunday is typically our breakfast with family meet up but they are not open Sundays.

In the late 60's/early 70s's My aunt would babysit me a couple of times a year. We would always go to Westgate Mall, and then to Rustic after. Fast forward 40 years later, and I kept driving past, and kept saying I have to stop in their again some time. Glad I did! Place looks EXACTLY as it did way back then. Only thing that has changed is the prices have gone up a little, but that is not the fault of the establishment, that is the cost of doing business in the 21st century. Took my mother and grandmother their as a surprise one day, and it was SEPURB! Waitresses still wear white blouses with black skirts like the old days, and food is Outstanding and reasonably priced. Been back quite a few times, and highly recommend.

Since I have never had chicken paprikash before, I had to try it. Tasteless.My friend had grilled pork chops with California Medley veggies and au gratin potatoes. It was a nice serving and pretty tasty.Service was friendly but couldn’t get her attention to get a water refill. We were the only customers at 3pm.
I love Rustic. Have been here several times for breakfast and lunch. The service, as some have reported, can be a little chilly and lacking enthusiasm but they are professional, experienced and efficient and certainly not rude or offensive. Me and/or my family feel absolutely welcome and appreciated anytime we show up. Some of the friendly patrons make up for the small talk we may not get from our wait staff. Like some others, we too have stood around for a few moments before remembering that it is seat ourselves. Sometime a staff member will tell us, sometimes they wont. The food is quite good but also pretty basic and boring. This is not the place you go to for creativity but for classic comfort food. Enough seasoning, not too much. Not much straying from the recipes you remember. I like that. My elderly parents like it too. Good coffee, solid breakfasts and lunches. BLT, Club sandwich, burgers...all good. Very consistent, no surprises, complications or problems.

The "Rustic" theme is true to form and the menu isn't missing anything you expect and has a number of things that just might surprise you.Don't expect tapas or sushi here. Expect great daily specials, good soups, breakfast, all in an atmosphere that's getting harder to find these days.We will be going back

I found this place from a recommendation by my dentist. It's a small place but it's fantastic! You seat yourself, the waitresses are right there with coffee and a smile to greet you. I haven't been able to drink more than a 1/2 cup of my coffee before my food is on the table. The food is great, hot and plentiful and all at a good price. Highly recommended!

Great fish fry with Lake Erie Perch. Homemade Cole Slaw was very good. Would definitely go back. Server was friendly and efficient.

This was the first time that my friend and I ate at your restaurant. The food was tasty but our server was quite rude. I have a lot of food allergies and when I asked her a question regarding a menu item, she rolled her eyes at me and answered me quite sarcastically. When she brought our food to us she rudely said " Elbows off the table, food coming." She said this in a very condescending manner. She also flung the check at my friend. She also never asked us how our food was or if we wanted anything else. I did call and voiced my complaints to the owner. I was kind of surprised that he did not offer a credit or gift card towards a future visit. I would like to eat there again and give your restaurant another chance. Thank you.
