ordered delivery at 930 with a 20minute delivery quote, by 10 my drivers still waiting then i get an email, no text or call, that more than half my meal isnt being delivered because its unavailable. Which is fine but at this time of night and after waiting an hour someone shouldve offered a substitute like every other restaurant that cares about guests do.

Walked in ordered only customer besides two door dashers waited for meal twenty minutes its was cold fries were burning out tounge and too salty nuggets were almost cold husband had to go back to counter sandwich made wrong got home and his mother and him immediately got sick they both had biggie bags. While they were eating the fries they said there was a strange burning taste on them. What happened to Wendy’s? Home of the slow and cold food very dissatisfying.

Been to this Wendy's atleast two times in the past month and both times, sat in the drive through line for over 20 mins and never even got served, everyone started pulling out of line. I was only the 3rd person in line too. Don't know what's going on here.

Terrible experience. Couldn't even place an order after more than 10 minutes waiting. The place wasn't even busy. Young man at register was obviously untrained. The 3 of us left. The door dash driver there ahead of us left. Manager was making sandwiches and completely ignored those of us at counter. This place needs big time attention from Wendy's corporate brass. Unreal.

The drive thru is extremely slow. I have waited in line for 20 minutes or more. You either need more workers or better workers. No one should have to wait so long at a fast food drive thru. This is the slowest Wendy's I have been to.
