Ordered off of DoorDash, not really knowing what to expect. Pepperoni & Cheese pretzel was massive (I only ate half before I was full) and delicious! It came in the size of a small pizza box (10x10). We also ordered a Bucket of Buggy Bites and they were the perfect combination of soft and salty. Bonus was being able to pick the 4 sauces to come with the bucket. Will be ordering again!
(Troy, MI location) I don’t typically write reviews but felt the need to now. I am a soft pretzel lover, so I’ve had plenty. I was a first time customer today and ordered the garlic pretzel with cheddar cheese. It was THE best pretzel I have had thus far. It was soft, delicious and HUGE; definitely superseded the other typical pretzel businesses that are in most malls. My only complaint is that they NEED more locations!

Customer Service NOT! First of all it’s kids at the counter. He didn’t speak I had to say hi twice before he spoke!!!! ? Then he just set the cup of bites on the counter and looked at me I said can I have them in a bag? He said I don’t have any gloves on. Great part there. This is not my first time going here and not getting good customer service!!! I feel CS is more important then the pretzel being good as they are!!
