The employees don't care about the customers and the food was horrible. On a side note watch out for the huge hole in the parking lot its so deep it messed up the front of my car.

My food was terrible! Ordered the triple dipper and the sliders burgers were burnt to ashes and not edible ? the crispers were supposed to come with honey mustard and did not, and those were dried out and not edible ? the southwest egg rolls were nasty and nothing could save them! This location needs help , or to get a better restaurant in its place! Food used to be pretty good.

Manager asked us to move after we ordered. Should have left then. Kids food was cold. Other kids food looked dry and gross. Microwaved Kids food super hot instead of remaking. No compensation to Bill either. Not impressed at all other issues but didn't bother to tell staff.

For the price of what is supposed to be a high-end place, the dishes were soaking wet, refills on drinks had to be asked for, the burger was soaked in grease and had to be eaten upside down as there was nothing left of the button bun. Was supposed to be a "ranch" burger, there was no ranch it was just a cheeseburger. Disappointing for how much money was spent. Small serving of fries too for an $18 Burger plate ?

Mashed potatoes came out cold. Waitress returned to kitchen twice to heat in microwave. I assured her we did not blame her, as she doesn't prepare meals.

A great place to eat, we went for a late lunch. We had a mushroom swiss burgers, and they were the best I've had in a long time. They were seared on the outside and juicy on the inside. The prices were very reasonable too.Also the staff were very friendly, and helpful.

Our mother passed away today and we decided to have a meal together which was good before we all seperate to different parts of country and asked for a free dessert for my brother and was denied. We will never visit this place again due to heartlessness that's so freely given for a free cookie dessert . My youngest brother lost his best friend and this how we were treated after spending 130 dollars on a repast meal...

The lady bartending/serving was fine. She's the only reason I gave the service 3 stars. Got the southwest egg rolls and when they came they were undercooked/greesy and smashed. Completely inedible. Bartender just took them off my check at my request. But as I was waiting for my ribs I say and watched a waitress shove food in get face while standing at the pass in the kitchen. When I asked the Bartender to just pay for my drinks so I could just leave. There was not even a question as to why I no longer wanted the food.
