We ordered through Uber eats and we spent 80.00 and only got half of our order. I called tropical smoothie and the rest of our order was still on the counter. We are not pleased.

I order and stop in often. Today Amanda went above and beyond and did not have to at all for my online order that took about an hour to get picked up. I appreciate her for remaking our smoothies before they finally got picked up for delivery. She made sure we were taken care of and had great service! ☺️

The smoothies are amazing! - The food I had wasn't that good, Baja chicken wrap, it was way too over powering on the pickled onions & not enough chicken in the wrap, barely any at all. I wouldn't suggest the Baja chicken wrap unless you tell them to chill on too much of one ingredient, and allow for an even amount of chicken.

I just want to shout out AMANDA for being an incredible representative of her store with superb customer service. She informed me that with the purchase of any food item I would get a free smoothie.. what stands out here is she is SOLO in the shop and could of just made my smoothie order (less work) but went above and beyond. We proceeded to chat for 5 mins and I was just super impressed with her. In an age where everyone likes to take advantage of service workers and claim "no one wants to work.". I don't believe that for a second! Here's to you Tropical Smoothie, you're BLESSED to have Amanda. Thanks again!

I go almost every day and get my regular smoothie and they all know my name and order. Very nice people. Pretty quick for all they have to do. Love the taste and great customization. A little pricey but definitely worth it. And they always tell me about their sales and coupons especially when they apply to me. Amanda the manager is very attentive and always working hard. She makes my day every time.
Jeremy did awesome!I came in Saturday I think and ordered the usual smoothie and my daughters smoothies, but this chia boost had an extra ingredient in it plus there were chunks of ice. It must've been a new employee. I called in an Jeremy had great customer service: was empathetic towards my feelings and then refunded my order.For the record, I get smoothies here almost everyday and the way I was treated was fantastic. I will continue ordering from u guys! Keep up the good work!

I don't think I'm ever in the area during a busy time. Every time I was here, I was one of only a few customers. Speed in which they take the order and the time it takes to get the order out is outstanding, as it should be for a smoothie place. And the smoothies are always yummy. I do want to point out that the place either has very bad ventilation, or the kids who run the shop are always burning things. Otherwise, smoothies never really failed me so I'm good.

I came in to get dinner and the girl said be back with you in a minute. She was but she made food didn't wash her hands. Then took my order and charged me 25 cents for a cup of ice and straw. They brought out water instead. This place has gone down hill.

I visit this location ALOT and have been slacking on writing this review but this week has been one of the hardest weeks of my life and my visit today made me feel so much better ❤️ I came in right before closing which I felt bad for but John as always put a a big smile on my face. That boy literally brightens up the room with his smile every time I see him. He has absolute fantastic customer service. He left me a little note on my cup which I didn’t even see till after I left. I definitely needed it.❤️❤️
