We arrived on a Friday night with multiple passenger buses of kids on their way home from DC. There were 6 other buses in the parking lot shared with the other restaurants. The workers were super efficient and very pleasant. They never stopped hustling to get orders out (200-300 in under an hour. They treated the kids with respect and made sure everyone got what they needed.

Only received 2 out of 3 sandwiches. When I went back inside the other sandwich was sitting on the counter with some sort of dessert in the bag. We didn't order a dessert. Two of the sandwiches that we got tasted terrible. The grease tasted very old. I threw my sandwich away. The grease needs changed. The grilled sandwich was ok.

I'm one of those weird people that have never been to a Chick-fil-A before. Well I was once, back in the mid 90s somewhere in Charlotte NC once, but I don't remember it. Store was absolutely clean, staff was excellent, I had no idea they came to you and asked if you needed anything during your meal.I was traveling for work so I wasn't eating heavy, got their chicken tenders meal. The waffle fries were pretty good as was the chicken, but at the end of the day it was chicken... didn't particularly have any taste other than the dipping sauce itself. Not sure what I expected for seasoning, but it was very mild/bland. Maybe in a sandwich form it would be better. I'd definitely give it another go.Kid-friendliness: There's a kid play center here.
