My granddaughter went in. She came out 10 min later and said GMA this was the nicest Starbucks I've ever been too. I asked why she thought that. She said because I have to have 200 stars for a free drink and I only have 100 so the counter lady paid for my drink out of her pocket. She also said that another customer wanted to get her deceased brother's favorite drink but it wasn't on the menu. The morning crew are amazing! Teamwork like it should be! I come here almost every morning and even though I use the app and order ahead by at least 10 minutes, sometimes they have to push my order through when i get there. When I'm feeling frazzled because of that particular issue, I remind myself that it's not their fault and thank them for still smiling through it all! Ladies, I see your hard work and I appreciate it!
