I stood in line for 10-15 minutes for no one to come over and take my order. I was patient due to the fact that there were only 2 employees visible in the restaurant. I have over 20 years in the restaurant industry, and what happened today is unacceptable. Beside the fact, others came in after me, and they all walked out before I was even helped. My food was cold when I got home, to top the whole bad experience off. Shame management...I will never go in there again.

Everytime I order on the app it’s taken at least 20-30 extra minutes from the pick up time that they gave me. I either had to be late getting back to work or leave and not get my lunch and waste my money.

Despite what some of the other reviews say, I've always enjoyed my meals at Chipotle. I never expect a lot from a fast food chain because they are exactly that, but I've always found my meals to be exactly what I've ordered. I typically use the mobile app to order and pick it up through the drive through lane. Sometimes the line can get a little busy but quite often I don't have to wait for very long. I always keep coming back for more!

My daughter fell on ice on your side walk tonight all your employees watched her fall and no one came out to see if she's ok after around 10 minutes later they put out a cone on the ice the order was all messed up and couldn't eat it they never ask if can fix the order or if it was fine

The food is always good. There was one time when it took, like, 5 minutes before someone came up to the counter to take my order, but that was last year. I just want to know why a damn scoop of guacamole has to increase my bill by 30%?!? The last time, I refrained from getting guacamole, then stopped at the store and bought a six pack of guacamole singles for the same price as your scoop!!!

I have ordered from this Chipotle many times and have had some great experience. This most recent time on Monday, 1/29, was absolutely horrible. We ordered our same meal that we get all the time, the bowl except this time we got the new steak. Neither my wife nor I could tell you if this meat was any good. I got the fresh salsa and medium salsa in mine and when I got home, I could not even eat it due to the fact that the hot was put in. My wife’s bowl look more like a sample platter that forgot to have the food on it. Her bowl was half empty when we got home. There was maybe 10 pieces of the steak on hers. I reached out to the store on Monday night and did not get a call back. So, today, 2/1, I decided to call again. I have left message after message for a manager to reach out to me to no avail. This is unacceptable because this is their business and what they do. I expect some type of contact from either the store manager or from corporate. This is completely unacceptable and may determine if I come back or not.

I can honestly say over the past 4 years I have had around 100 burritos at Chipotles around the country, literally from Washington state to North Carolina, New York, California, Ohio, Utah, Michigan…..etc EVEYWHERE, and today at a little chipotle 12min from my house I had the single best burrito of my life, ik that doesn’t seem like all that crazy of a thing to happen but my day was kinda sucky and it made me do a 180, in fact it was so good I went back in and got another.That aside this specific location is always smiling, kind, quick, clean, and ready to help! Love this place! Gives me another reason to love my home town of Salem, OH.Wheelchair accessibility: Good parking options for Wheelchair accessibility.

I was in line on a busy night and after reading the reviews I was surprised. I noticed customers to be the rude/inpatient/non-understanding participants in this equation. Yes, it is a business but if they are out of something or need to make it then you must be patient, these workers never lost their cool, they stayed polite and apologetic but were still berated for no reason. Stay home and cook for yourself or show respect to all food service workers, they do their best with what they have. That being said our food was delicious, hot and flavorful. This is not fast food it's quality made food. Their specialty drinks are fun to try and better than the usual. Staff was nice, polite and fun. We will be back!
