The past couple times I’ve gone there to dine in, I’ve left without any food. Both times they never even took my order. When I actually do get to order, the food has been poorly flavored. The service and quality of the food has declined terribly.

Placed my order around dinner time and they didn't have extra crispy all white meat. Asked if they could just give me original recipe. I said I rather have extra crispy and they said they were out. I asked can you give me an extra piece or something else if I just take the original recipe and the worker said he could not do anything. I said could the manager do it and he said he was the manager and would get in trouble. I asked how long for extra crispy as I would have waited and he said he can give me the original recipe only.

Everytime we have come here nothing is fresh and the food is overly salted.. we literally can't eat the food. It's very disappointing!!!!!! Not like it used to be

I ordered online and paid ahead so that I could grab a quick meal to take home after a long day of work. I get there to find the store is locked and I had to sit in the drive-through for over a half an hour just to get my cold food! Will never order ahead again!!

Service is extremely slow… the quality is disturbing. The place is not clean at all.
I usually do not leave bad reviews but this is ridiculous. This is our last visit here ever! Chicken was so salty it was brine and not edible. Was NOT given our entire order even after we went back to pick up missing items. After spending $40 on a meal that was missing the dipping sauces and biscuits and chicken not being edible, I definitely CANNOT recommend this place!

The old woman at the register is very rude and she don't listen to you when she takes your order you have to tell her like three or four times before she gets it she never tells you thanks for coming or anything they just need to get some new

Chicken was nasty, they were out of chicken that we wanted, they forgot our biscuits and I heard they shut down recently for a rat infestation, claiming it was a "water line". Never again!!!

I rarely splurge and order KFC as it is so dang expensive anymore and it doesn't really fit into a diabetic diet. I was so hungry for it today so indulged. I was so disappointed.... Not only was the chicken extremely greasy, it was pathetically small and I ordered a wing and a breast and got a wing and a thigh. I hate dark meat. I also live outside of town and don't find it worth driving all the way back in just for chicken ( gas ain't cheap either). Mistakes happen but they seem to happen more often than not at this location. They may not care about losing one customer and that's ok but next time I want to indulge in junk food high in carbs and grease it most definitely won't be from here
