The manager there she’s rude I’m trying to ask my mom on the phone what we was getting and the lady keep interrupting me asking me anything else anything else and giving me a attitude she obviously don’t like her job and it’s every time I go in there I can’t stand it but idk who to contact and she don’t have her name on the receipts of course

I know this place gets bad reviews a lot and I get why but I'll be straight forward with you and this will be long so feel free to read it if you want. There are times the pizza comes out pretty bad by being over cooked, too much sauce, and badly cut. When you go there when the right people are there then the pizza is amazing. Cheese is thick, the dough is cooked very well, and the service is straight forward. Definitely my worst experience was when one woman was working there who only complains Every time I've been there while she worked. There were times I ordered online a whole 15 to 30 but mainly 30 minutes ahead and my order wasn't even started because she spent more time complaining about how hard working is instead of working to make it easier later. I've worked in pizza establishments before with only me and one other person including dine in services and delivery along with pick up and that wasn't that bad but she couldn't even manage making the pick up orders when she worked. I've been seeing fresh faces at little Caesars and since then my orders have been amazing and ready for me when I got there. The older lady there has always been a pleasure to see because she tries her best to keep up with everything making sure every order gets out. Even when your order is running late. I say please understand that they do try their best to keep up and take the time to appreciate the work they do for all of us and also think about the fact that they have bad days too.

Was packed and my 2 and 3 year old loved their pretzel crust pizza waited patiently with a lot of customers in there and everyone was super friendly on a SundayKid-friendliness: Love my kids as a little ceasars family and we love seeing kids smile don't we not?

Ordered a deep dish online and found out it was cut like bread sticks. Upon trying to eat this found it was undercooked as well. Figured after a few years from the last time I was there they would have gotten better but they have only gotten worse. If I want a little Ceasars again I will go to alliance and never the salem location again

Ordered a deep dish ultimate supreme. Not anywhere close to being cooked. Raw dough through the entire pizza. Wasn't even cooked. No way to contact anyone at store. Phone number is inactive n no way to email this specific store.

I think this pizza is great. They served me with a smile. I came in to see what they had available right then for takeout and I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get what I needed without ordering ahead.

ordered a pretzel pizza. got a regular pizza. manager refused to help because somebody had already eaten some (they didnt remember we ordered pretzel pizza so they didnt see an issue) and was extremely rude.
Unfortunately, our pizzas were mediocre at best. One of the pizzas were not cut and the they both had very hard crust. The service was great though.

Very highly satisfied. We've come in 3 separate visits to same cashier who is very rude and tonight she slammed down pizzas on the counter with attitude. We asked for a 3rd pizza and she gave us a dirty stare before getting pizza and just threw money in our hand. No smile not at all friendly. Will not be returning to this location.

This place is in such a terrible moment right now where no one answers the phone, there has been several times where I go to pick up food and its wrong either not being the way I requested or literally giving me the wrong item and claiming they done have what I requested even though I had received it before. When they do things proper its not bad and can be worth the money but its so few and far between
