The staff was welcoming and very nice. The food was all homemade and tastes better than any Italian I've ever been too. The waitress didn't write a thing down and everything came out perfect. I can't wait to get some time to go back.

Great place getting super busy! Love the traditional and the real food! The place feels like when I was young in the 80s feel booths and a long bar at the front I hope to come here often since they have Gluten free Italian food that's what I love! Their pizza was so delicious! A large for around 13 dollars with 3 toppings and gluten free! Yum so good and I got Italian sauce (olive oil salt and pepper)

Love these types of places that have been open for decades. So glad they survived covid since so many mom & pop's didn't. Had a first date there and we both loved the cavatells. Sauce is excellent and light. It's the type of place that reminds me of growing up in the Valley. Definitely will be back!

This old school restaurant has been in Salem since 1933. Just that alone tells you something about this place. The pizza is some of the best in Salem.. if not the best.. and Salem has many pizza options. The simple spaghetti and meatballs will not disappoint. You will not be disappointed if you choose to eat here.

Quaint little family service. I had the manicotti, which was good. The sauce is a little more on the sweet side and doesn't seem to have much seasoning. The stuffed hot peppers were very good and had some kick to it. The service was good.

I've been going here for 34 years with my family, consistently good food and service. Their lasagna is the best, pizza is the best and their salad dressing is my favorite French. We don't live in the area but when we visit this is a must stop.
The food I got was so terrible I had to come on here and write a review. I ordered the chicken Alfredo which was overpriced and bland. I also got the steak salad and the steak was so dry it tasted like beef jerky. Never coming here again.

Food is pretty good but owners should either contact restaurant impossible or sink their own money in refreshing the restaurant if they ever hope to compete. The decor is the same as it was 40 years ago. People don't just want decent food, they want the atmosphere as well.

Like this place. I'm a fan of smaller, non-chain places. The food is good and the prices reasonable. Freaking love the blue cheese dressing. Be sure to ask about the off-menu peppers the owner makes.
