Ordered through door dash, a medium pizza and supposedly JoJos but when the food arrived we had received a handful of potato wedges and a small pizza or the smallest medium pizza I’ve ever see, to top it off we ordered our pizza with pepperoni and fresh mozzarella and received neither in our pizza. It was sauce, cheese and banana peepers. I feel it was a waste of $37 for this meal and I do not recommend.

Best pizza around. Awesome staff, very friendly and they greet me by name every time which is kind of nice. I would, and do always recommend Romeo's. I haven't had one bad order from them since I've moved here 3 years ago.

Door Dash refused my delivery as Romeo's didn't have a driver tonight , the assistant manager called and said if I wanted to pick the order up , it would be no charge , when I got to Romeo's the assistant manager had remade my pizza ! He is an incredible asset to Romeo's Pizza , and went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible experience!! The Tucson Pizza was the BOMB , The wings were also INCREDIBLE !!!!! Give him a raise and promote him , Thank you !! ?

Don't ever order from here through Doordash. My dasher was great, picked up and delivered on time, but the pizza and mozzarella sticks arrived cold, hard, soggy, you name it. The crust was dry like it was sitting out. Cheese hardened a long time before it got to us. I placed this order ahead of time for a specific later time and it was obvious it was made well before the alotted pickup time. Thank God Doordash refunded us, because I called the store and the "general manager" of the store had one heck of a too bad, so sad attitude. Didn't care at all. Lots of other delicious places in Salem that actually respect their customers.
There service sucks they messed up my order then when I called they wanted me to go to botton of delivery list I said no then they only sent me half the order driver said they weren't replacing the rest n it still wasn't right so I called again this girl was very rude n told me never to call there again n called me

My mom comes to Medina a few times a month to see our kids and we always get Romeos for lunch when she visits. It is always fantastic. Realized there is one in Salem which she frequents often do to her residing in Canfield. She ordered pizza this evening from the Salem location for the first time and was highly disappointed (my mom is not one to make a stink about things). Said that the loaded crust pizza was mostly crust and not nearly as good as when we have it in Medina. Said that my dads sub was an absolute mess dripping sauce beyond what a sub should do…and most disappointing review were the wings….tiny and rubbery which couldn’t be more of the opposite of her experience with the Romeo’s here in Medina. Maybe a bad luck first go ?

This place has the best cheesy bread ever! We live very close so we don't get delivery but I saw them are out of town today so that's pretty cool. Quality ingredients well cooked pizzas I enjoy it!
