Wow it really takes 15 minutes to get a cheesy bean and rice burrito. This place is not run by strong management at all. Alot of play goes on which is fine as long as customers don't have to wait so long for basically a huge tortilla almost empty. I like they are having a good time but the quality and service sucks

Stopped and got chicken and fish that chicken was dried up and old and the chicken was. Fish were dried up no good and awful. Never got bad food at Long John silver's before but that was awful. It's pretty bad when you have to throw your food away and don't even need it.

Went through tacobell salem oh got 2 double stacker tacos and a cravings box got home took taco out of bag and someone took a bight out of my taco called them and they said they would not of did this offered to replace it not worried about getting a free taco but this is disgusting who ever did this deserve to be fired

Awesome place I’ve probably been here 100 times and have only had my order messed up once which they completely refunded and gave me what I ordered free. One team member is sketchy and rude and never on task and sometimes it takes a long time in the drive through but overall amazing
