This review comes from both my personal and professional experience with Bake Erie. Recently they did the wedding cake and a plethora of desserts for a wedding at our venue. Not only was everything stunning visually but tasted phenomenal ~I heard this first hand from the guests!I also personally have a slight obsession with her baked goods. Everything I’ve tried has been outstanding! I’m a life long convert for everything Bake Erie!

I am so mad at myself for failing to get pictures of all the extraordinary treats.... I asked a few weeks prior if she could help out with some bite sized treats for a graduation party, thinking it may be too short notice, and was so happy when she obliged. Best. Decision. Ever. I let her take the reigns and picked several items, and let her choose the rest, and honestly not one thing disappointed!!! For a very minimal fee she even individually heat wrapped each piece as our party was outside. It has taken me longer than I wanted to leave a review but I cannot wait to go back for some tasty desserts and will definitely be using Bake Erie for all future party needs as well. Everything was beautiful and delicious. And you could just tell, baked with love and care So very thankful for helping make my sons graduation party that much more special.

Our New Year’s pretzel from Bake Erie was absolutely spectacular! We got it fresh out of the oven and it was so fresh and delicious. The texture was impeccable & it was one of my favorite elements of our vast New Year’s Eve spread!

Thoroughly impressed with the customer service and dedication to customers. No matter how busy, Bake Erie always tries to fulfill every request we have had. My company even reached out to her to fulfill a 300 cutout cookie order for all our employees and she made it happen within days notice.

Went in a few days before Easter and asked if she had time to make me a cake before my boyfriends birthday (that happened to fall on Easter). She said that she would but it wouldn't be ready till Saturday night. She took my order. I paid for the cake. She took my number and said it would be ready between five and seven. She would call me when it was ready. Never heard anything. Tried to get ahold of her on Facebook. Tried to call. Eventually just called my bank and disputed my charge and got my money back. Bummed that my first experience ended like this. I heard nothing but great things about Bake Erie.
