Perhaps the best dining experience I've ever had! Sandusky's hidden gem of dining & pizza, with some of the nicest staff, and food that looks like it belongs in a commercial - the pizza is also the best i've ever had, with a large selection of specialty and build-your-own, sandwiches seem to be specialty only, but salads are build-your-own as well.Vegetarian options: Cheese can be substituted with vegan cheese, some recipes have meats that can be removed,Dietary restrictions: Obviously, it's pizza, so it's unhealthy, but there's also salads and sandwiches, if you so choose!Parking: A pretty decent amount of parking! About one or two spaces per table inside.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu, very nice staff, and most options from the main menu are kid friendly (except for the wine... obviously.) but, from one diner to another, PLEASE tell your younglings to keep their tablet/phone volume down!

We went there for diner on a Saturday. At the entrance we were told the wait would be 30 to 40 minutes to get a table. Then we got a table in 10 minutes in a noisy room. We waited another 10 minutes before we got water and the food took about 45 minutes. Menu seemed nice, but the food itself was ok. Don't get me wrong, we were hungry and still the food was just ok. My husband didn't like his pizza as the eggplant was fried. Mine was somehow liquid calzone. The thin dough it is not as thin as napolitan style, it's on the thick side. The dessert was our biggest disappointment, the tiramisu was covered in chocolate and was soggy. Overall, we think it's an overated place.

Durond was an absolute pleasure. It's very rare that you go out to eat and me such a lively and exuberant personality in a workplace. The zucchini fries were phenomenal and as to be expected their pizzas were phenomenal as well. Everything was very reasonably priced and the beer selection was also astounding. All around five stars across the board. Truly the service made the experience to tier though!

Not sure about the rave reviews here. This pizza was nothing more than a thin breadstick with oily cheese. We drove out to this place on a referral from someone and it was definitely not worth the drive. Burnt edges and crunchy crust. Nearly cracked a tooth! Center was limp and soggy. This really was like frozen pizza. There was no flavor to the crust. If it weren’t for cheese and toppings this would be tasteless. Sorry. It’s really not good. Chains are better imo.
