Usually I only have great experiences with Chick-fil-A. This last one left me almost speechless. Saw the drive through hand an order to the car in front of me and then take it back in. They set the bags off to the side and when I came up, proceeded to hand me the same bags. I then asked if the car in front of me had opened the bags when they were errantly handed over. They outright lied and said they rebagged the order, but I had it in my line of sight the entire time when it was handed back into the store.Still agast.
