Dan was phenomenal. He’s as good as it comes. Out for a girls night celebration and he was the perfect amount of attentive, we never had to ask for something, he was right on top of things. I would come back solely to have his as a waiter again.

Service was lightning quick and our server Alona was so nice and friendly. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we need despite the restaurant being busy and appearing short staffed. Food is good and the specials were a very good value.

We came in with 3 other customers and waited to be seated!The hostess kept telling us to hold on and she would be right with us.After telling us that twice and eventually just walking right by us after 35 minutes we and some of the other customers just left!I would understood if they were busy and I also understand that restaurants and stores these days might be understaffed but the staff that was working there just gave us all the eye like oh my god we were just putting them out by being there and the atmosphere just wasn’t right!

I ordered a togo chicken and was served raw wings do not order here foul
It was freezing cold and we saw at least 8 people leave since they only had 1 server and they made you wait until someone else left. They brought out the wrong thing and then told me it just needs longer to cook. When my food arrived I ordered a BBQ brisket cheeseburger it had like 2 spreads of brisket on

We had Dan, THEE BEST SERVER we've had, anywhere, in years! He had multiple tables and you'd never have known because he ON IT like we were the only ones there. He was slingin' drinks and waiting tables like we've not seen anyone do since back in the day. We haven't been to Chili's in probably 10 years, but we will be back soon, 100% because of Dan!
Classic chili's! Our server was super nice and very understanding about the bill being split like 6 ways ? food was amazing, we tried their mozzarella sticks and wow they're the boujiest mozzarella sticks I've ever had!I only put 4 stars for the food because their gluten free/vegetarian options were a bit hard to find, they don't have them marked on the menu. We had to get a little stack of papers with the allergens and stuff.
