The staff would not allow me to walk in and order a quesadilla. I had to sit in the store and order it online. If that is company policy it needs to be reviewed. Just ridiculous.

The sever or bartender that was serving us just seemed to be bothered by even doing their job at all. They made me feel like I was being annoying or putting them out for asking for Xtra dressing for my salad, for the third time after waiting 10 minutes . Then they proceeded to bring extra alright, Continually ,over and over. Nus how dramatic kids out here working are lately. They act as if your putting them out and them not just doing the dang job that they were hired and get paid to do! Insane! Other than that i have had better experiences there.

I've had varying meal quality at the Sandusky location. Sometimes the chicken and steak is nicely prepared, and other times you'll get fatty pieces in your meal.I guess you just have to roll the dice sometimes.

Great but lines are too long

If you go after 930, expect them to be out of half the menu. And WHEN, they mess up your order (they will), good luck getting in contact with ANYONE to correct it. They direct you ro an automated line, and you never hear back. Apparently, they just hope you forget. It's convenient because it's near my place of employment and it's open after 10- but it's NOT worth it. The employees are generally friendly though
