So a customer comes in when we are getting ready to leave, he is upset because he waited 25 minute to get food, then left had to come back as he had missing items and wrong items. Young girl on duty es alating by arguing with him, and acting like it is no big deal he had to come back. A male employee came out showed empathy and said he would take care of it. Why employee are not taught not to argue with the customer. Just say so sorry I will make this right and I really do understand your frustration. . Well anyway our food was great, but did take awhile to get food, but we were not in a hurry. MARCH 27th at 2 40pm.

This has been a favorite stop aftercare Point, but we are noticing that the service has been declining. Food is taking a lot longer to receive and not as much care is being given to presentation.

Yikes, my first order was borderline dead. 2 different burgers were both dry with light burnt edges & the toppings quite bare. The onion rings was like a 4. Could of been just bad timing with the holiday & with other factors.

Gluten free meal was made with gluten allergy alert as requested. Was able to eat without getting sick. Gluten free bun falls apart, found different berries then ordered in my berry shake so there is some cross contamination in the ice cream toppings. No straw for my drink provided. Did not offer ketchup or mustard for my burger.If I was really trying to win as a celiac- get a burger and ice cream here and get fries and your bun next door from Chick-fil-ADietary restrictions: Gluten free celiac

Everything was great, Culver's double deluxe bacon burger didn't disappoint, their cheese curds are really good, hopefully next time the root beer will not be out .
At the register was the nicest kid. I love LOVE when the atmosphere is changed just by someone's smile & attitude. Great burgers too.

Every time I go to the Sandusky Culver’s the Service is slow I always have to pull up to wait for my order unlike McDonald’s I get my food at the window the food is great but service is slow wouldn’t recommend you’ll be waiting 13-16 minutes in the drive food to get your food.
